The UPS Store — Local services in Harrison

I have nothing but the best to say about UPS in Harrison, NJ.

I initially went to them to have a shipping label printed. The customer service rep that printed my shipping label was so courteous and such a delight to deal with. He even added one of those stickers to attach to the inside of the label so I wouldn't have to tape the shipping label on myself. He also offered a free hand sanitizer to me.

Then, I proceeded to drop off my package at my local post office and realized that the seller (Poshmark) had sent me the wrong return shipping label. I was upset that I had received the wrong shipping label but was glad I was able to catch it in time before shipping it out.

I returned to UPS and they offered to re print my label free of charge. What a lucky day this has been for me! The same customer service rep literally went above and beyond when he did not have to. I would have paid for the shipping label to be reprinted but he went out of his way to ask his manager to reprint this shipping label for me for free!

I am such a happy customer and will be returning for all my shipping and printing needs to this UPS location from now on. They have made a customer for life because of the amazing customer service provided by this rep. I wish I knew his name so that I could give him a shout out on here but I sadly do not...

I needed a few signs + table name signs printed for my wedding. The manager, Ana was very polite and informative and helped me send all the information via email. She called to make sure she had the specifications correct. It was don in less than one day. And the signs (It was 2 signature cocktails + 2 s'more stations) came out wonderfully!

My table signs were a bit more complicated since they had to be printed on both sides, facing same way. Unfortunately I did not like those. It printed nicely, but the paper weight was off. I said cardstock and apparently there are different cardstock weights. When I mentioned this, Ana said she could reprint at a discount. Also I want to add that this is my fault. She was very thorough in making sure she had all the proper instructions, I just didnt realise that there are different weights of cardstock.

I plan on always using them for any printing need! The website is generic, but if you talk to them they can print you anything and the prices were...

Printing prices at this ups is different to everybody. When I went to store already paid $0.18 online to print one page but in store they charged me $0.25 . For my friends $1.25 per paper and to another $1.00. For fax $2.99 they charged. One time they even bothered to give a tape for their package drop off. Not sure why these guys don’t main maintain prices according to what is in website but charge their own prices. This is very bad customer service. 🙁
