I decided to write this review after my fourth check in at this place. This is one of the best Mediterranean places you will find in the neighborhood if you are in Harrison. The owner of this place must have thought through well to paint this restaurant with Red (happens to be my favorite color too) as its bright color almost lays out a red carpet invitation to a clean and well maintained place.

The cashiers make sure to make the ‘Welcome to Juicy’ notice just when you are opening the door and they keep a warm smile throughout your time at their restaurant as if it’s their second nature. They take the order patiently and offer suggestions when you ask them. The over-the-head banners are simply designed with the various choices they offer. I’ve always had good regard on restaurants that keep their kitchens open for people to see, as it requires special efforts and confidence to show off that it’s neatly maintained. They have some great showpieces at display too.

Now coming to the food, I’m a regular to the Falafel rice platter and I get some good top up additions. The order time won’t take long and you get it picked right after the wait device buzzes. They have a nice way of arranging the food around in the box. To me, their celebrity folks are the white and hot sauces they offer for you to add indefinitely and adding them to the platter, just makes the taste explode in all directions!

Juicy has been my go-to place for a very long time and I order from here at least 4-5 times every month. Lately I've been ordering from the their app but a lot of times I ordered walkin or from doordash in the past.

When it comes food and flavors, I would say that the food is usually quite good and have consistence flavors. Tastes fresh and nicely cooked mostly but in the last 4 out of 5 times I ordered from here, my order was incomplete and was missing falafel.

Might sound boring but I order the Chicken Platter with Falafel every single time and occasionally Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings... I pay for extra chicken and falafel to meet the minimum order amount for deliver. Twice I did not get the extra chicken and falafel both and twice I got the chicken but no falafel.

Occasional bad experience with food is understandable for any restaurant but i am not sure how does my order gets messed up so often recently. I once called the restaurant to inform and was told that I can extra falafel order for free on my next order and then I went to the restaurant to pick up falafel, the guy at the counter was very nice and instead made a complete chicken platter for me to make up for what had happened.

But let's be honest, I do not think it is worth it to call the restaurant every time something is off because who is gonna deliver the missing item afterwards? And if you yourself have to go pickup something that was missing, then what is the point of the delivery fee and tip you that you paid earlier for the convenience but now having to go by yourself.
