Order food a whole hour goes by I call they tell me they are running behind and it should be there any minute. Call when yet ANOTHER HOUR goes by they tell me they tried to deliver to me a hour ago (the same time I called them) and I didn’t answer. Never received any call. Driver admits on the phone that he called the wrong number said he will have them remake my food and give me a discount. ANOTHER HOUR GOES BY. I call again and they begin arguing with each other in the back while I’m on the phone. Apparently my food was left out and forgotten. Heard the man in the back shout “just give them that food sitting there”. Obviously I’m mad about this, no one wants to hear that they are being given food that has been sitting there for god knows how long. Mind you 3 HOURS has past since I have placed my order. I tell them to forget it and that I will no longer be ordering from them. I get a call a half hour later telling me that they remade my food fresh and if I will still like it. I ask her if it’s free or at least discounted considering I order it 3 HOURS AGO. Just for them to tell me I had to still pay full price. Are you kidding me. Yeah never order from here again. Cooked my own damn meal.
