adopted a hamster today and I did notice that a couple of the hamsters in the store had Bumblefoot red infected sores on their feet due to unsanitary conditions and hair lose due to mites! I did point this out to the employee. But I was in there a couple weeks ago, and the bedding looked pretty dirty in the hamster cages ,still looked like they had the same bedding from the last time I was in there but today When they opened the cage so I could meet the hamsters it smell pretty Foul Just would really like to see the cages and enclosures a lot cleaner keeps the animals more healthy please and thank you update 6/29/24 called the store and explained my situation and tried to get an update on the hamsters that are still in the store and I was told and I quote “your research is wrong That’s misinformation “ I was told that bumblefoot allegedly is caused by running in hamster wheels this is a possibility but from what I saw and smelt in this situation it’s because the cage was very dirty , which Bumblefoot is mostly caused by unsanitary dirty wet urine and feces soaked bedding that is not properly cleaned I truly feel like the store spreads misinformation and loves to chuckle and kind of make fun of the customer for...

Every time I go into LC Pets for my cats Fifa and Pele', Mr. Andersen the owner, gives me a free peacock feather for them to play with. Pele' destroys it and plays for weeks with this thing that doesn't even look anything close to a feather anymore. I was telling him this weekend that my Pele loves empty boxes. This weekend he gave me a feather and an empty box. And guess what? Pele is sleeping in it already. Just like when I was little my dad would bring home an empty big screen TV box. It was my bed and fort for months. My dad taught me in 7th grade when I started my DJ business for grade schools that services was everything. He was right. Thank you LC pets, especially Mr. Andersen, for not only the quality products but for your awesome service to my cats and family. I'll send you a picture of Pele sleeping in the box you gave me. BEST PLACE EVER!!!! The workers are AMAZING and knowledgeable. I have very picky eaters and they have done everything to help me to get them eating. They have contacted a distributor to report an issue with a product (it was a food product) as soon as I told them about it. Several of the foods are cheaper than Pet Co and other stores. They stay current on the food recalls and only sell quality products. This is a store you go to if you want quality. They have a frequent shopper program they will randomly produce coupons. They also take great care of their pets and know their breeders. I LOVE this place!!!!!  OHhhhhhh also I bought a betta fish here and it lived a very long time! I was shocked. Just bought a new one its BEAUTIFUL. I am so happy and excited. I have posted some pictures from animals they have had (I go to this place a lot these are pics from UP TO a year ago...
