Fully Baked — Attraction in Harwich

Very rude store clerk! Obviously not interested in selling his wares. I would have liked to price some items that were on a high shelf. I did not realize that I had stepped behind their "counter" (a display case in front of the wall display) as I went up to look at the products. The clerk neither asked if he could help me with something, nor did he politely point out that I was in a place I shouldn't be. Just barked "excuse ME!!!" and glared at me. I left the store and will neither return nor recommend it .... ever! Who wants to buy something they can't see up close or even have a clue about the cost? PS: The one-star is a mistake. Thought this place would be great due to the reviews claiming great store and wonderful service. We received the opposite. Walked in, not one word was said to us, the guy walked around cleaning and completely ignored us the entire 5-8 minutes we spent in there. He made the entire experience completely uncomfortable and again didn’t speak a word or ask if we needed any help with what we were looking for. The shop is beautiful and the products look great, but that means nothing without help or good service. This spoiled our first day of vacation when we simply wanted to check out the local products. I have never left a review before, but felt the need to after my experience here. While they might sell some decent products, the owner was extremely short and unknowledgeable. Due to covid, i was not allowed to physically enter the shop so when i inquired as the types of bongs they had asking if they were mainly beaker bongs/ scientific, multi chamber/ percolators, etc. the response i got was “We have American”. The origin of a piece has nothing to do with the type of product it is. The shop owner couldn't comprehend my question, which told me everything i needed to know about...
