AutoZone Auto Parts — Attraction in Hawaiian Gardens

Hawaiian gardens AutoZone sells defective battery's that expire around the warranty expiration, wasn't even offered a discount to replace the bad battery.

Replying to the owner/ customer service rep: will I be offered a new battery? the battery I purchased at Hawaiians gardens #5945 a year ago expired exactly at the same time the warranty expired which was not long ago, I came in for a free charge cause I trusted AutoZone good business practice of selling reliable products to which, the rude employees behind the counter told me two wait two hours before returning to pick up my battery and upon returning was told it was a bad battery and offered no solution other then to buy a new one, which seems like a scam in itself, Shady...

The manager or supervisor here is a little shifty. I went in once to return a core that I had for a while, because I finally had time to install the item. I could not find the receipt, but I remember the guy that sold it to me said that I didn't have to worry because my receipt would be in the system.

Well, when I went to return it, I should have asked for his name and I failed to see his name badge, the guy, manager or supervisor, said I needed the receipt. I told him I lost it because I've had it for a while. He refused to give me a refund and claimed he could not find it in his system. I got upset and went to another location. I went in to get a passenger mirror for my car, the first of which broke after a week. I went back to purchase another, but they could not find the passenger mirror I needed. They ordered two of the closest matches which were to be delivered later in the day, which they told me I was not obliged to pay for. At the designated time I called to see if the part was in. The girl who picked up responded it was not, and told me to come in at the designated time. When I tried to explain it was the designated time and I needed to first confirm the mirrors were passenger and NOT driver side BEFORE I came to pick them up...
