BHS Health Center Network (Community Medical Clinic) — Attraction in Hawthorne

The worst service I have ever received. I went for a anual check and I waited 45 min in the waiting área. Then they check my blood pressure and weight and send me to a room and I waited 2 hours and the doctor did not come. I came out and asked and they told me the dr was busy.

10 min later the dr came saying that she did no know I was there. Then she left and came back 15 min later. I was thinking she went to check my file. When she came she did not know anything about me. I asked her if she checked my file and she said “yes” but I can remember all. Then I said at least you should know why you asked to come back . There was no file on hand or a computer where she can read. She was not prepare to see me.

Then I stared explaining her and updating her and she said ok we will do a blood test. They left again for another 20 min. I left after that because I was so upset. The clinic was not busy there was no patient at all.

When I asked a number to call and report I felt I was not treated properly the secretary gave a fake number

I don’t recommend this place. This is the second time it happened to me.

I've only been to this office one time and it was a very pleasant experience. But for the past month; maybe a little more, I'm on the phone almost every day if not every other day with my caseworker and let me tell you people out there, do not listen to any of the negative reviews because they're all bologna! This is the most caring staff I have ever met in 54 years of my life! They absolutely 1,000% care for you and want to see you succeed and will do and go about everything they can to make that happen. They genuinely give their heart and it's not just a job to them. You can tell they go to work everyday because they want to see a person succeed. They want to know you're okay even! That you even made it through the night and that you're okay. John my caseworker is absolutely the most awesome person and has a heart of gold. Very bad customer service . Always an issue here . This place seems to be overbooked or something because I can never seem to be able to set an appointment until after 2 months . I have been brining my children here for 4 years now & I’m finally going to change their pediatrician because of their lack of care . I brought my son today for a physical and asked to them to sign a document for his school & im being told to come back in 3 days because ALL of the receptionists are busy to fill out a ONE page document that summarizes the physical that I set an appointment for over 6 months ago. This is ridiculous. I explained the urgency of the document being signed & im still being being told id have to wait who knows how many hours . This is out of hand . Do not recommend.
