I stopped in on a Saturday in June thinking I’d like to get information for a potential future purchase. Jason Murray greeted me and took me on a guided tour of the show room, where he educated me all about hot tubs. There’s a little more to it than you’d think, so it helps to have someone experienced in more than just sales. One does not just walk in the store, buy a hot tub, bring it home, fill it up and live happily ever after.

This guy is passionate about what he does. Of course, if you’re a salesman, you need to be passionate about your product. But Jason is really really excited just talking about hot tubs, and different styles and types and features. As he showed me around, we talked about what I wanted and and what I didn’t even know I wanted. It was kind of like walking though a flow chart. It’s a process I guess he’s done probably 1000 times. After we were walking around the store for about 30 minutes, talking about what I wanted and listening to him tell me about their products I decided I am no longer there for information. Today is the day. I’m here to buy a hot tub!

Jason helped me choose the best hot tub for me. Then he helped me plan the installation. We drew a sketch of my yard to find the best spot. There are pros and cons to placement, especially depending on the property you’re putting it on. He explained all the “logistics” that are involved. Jason will meet with your “guys” and make sure everyone is on the same page. He spoke with my landscaper who needed specifications to lay a perfectly level patio extension. He spoke to my electrician. I also bounced several ideas off him for further Improvements to my patio to complement my new purchase. And being a good salesman, he “knows a guy” who can answer any questions that he can’t (electrical, landscaping, patios etc…)

Delivery was without any complications. They showed up on time with enough muscle and tools to put it down wherever you want it without a scratch and without destroying the yard. Once your hot tub is installed, hooked up and ready to go Jason will provide you with all the instructions and product support you may need. When you purchase a hot tub from Prisco, you walk out with Jason’s personal contact information so you can always reach him if you have a question or need some guidance. A good salesman always stands by his product and is always available to his customers.

I did hire a professional to handle the electrical installation, but aside from that, it was pretty much plug-and-play. It took about 5 hours total to get everything up and running.
