Tonight Manager Herberto and two employees broke the cardinal rule of customer service by saying I could not purchase a chicken pot pie. The pie was in a construction area that was off limits. I told Herberto and the two employees I desperately needed the product because I was discharged from the final of two hospitals four days ago after a 14 day fight with pancreatitis and needed the chicken item because I was weak and just did not have the energy to walk to another store. Only after raising my voice did Herberto comply. He smirked and smiled at my situation until I gave a long explanation. I just could not believe how very coldly I was treated at Target tonight. Store people from the janitor to the CEO should never say "no" to a customer and if at all possible accommodate them or make other suggestions. I walked back to my Motel 6 room in great disbelief as to the poor human behavior displayed by the three employees I sought help from. Customer service made me walk clear back to the freezer section in my sickened condition. Some very elementary customer service 101 lessons are needed for those who call themselves employees at this Target location. Target almost failed me in my hour of need. Thanks a lot. Finally I cooked my hard-to-obtain chicken pot pie in my QVC Cook Essentials air fryer and felt remarkably stronger. But my feelings about my unbelievable experience at Target tonight will never change.

I am a respectable strict mother of four and for the first time ever my 3 year old had an immense meltdown while I was in line. God bless the mother who let me get in line before her. As I was waiting for the clerk to finish ringing up the customer before me a lady behind me violently yelled "shut up" to my daughter and cursed. The customers behind me immediately jumped in to defend me and asked the mentally insane woman to be quiet.
Well to cut the story short. A Target associate kindly took the hysterical woman to the next register and rang her up. While I was patiently managing a screaming toddler waiting to be helped, this is absolutely ridiculous. Excellent customer service/Quality management for TARGET has absolutely failed me. Instead of calling the police and taking me to the next register they decided to ignore what had happened.
I could'nt contain my frustration to see that the crazy lady left before me so I left my items at the checkout and fled.
TARGET has let me down and I will never shop there again.

The order was not ready A couple of quantities were missing, but upon asking to see if alternate can be found, customer representatives became aggressive and rude. She asked arrogantly, " Do you want your refund or not?" as if the one doing huge favor to us by refund our own money for the items they could not deliver. FYI - HER ACT WAS A TERRIFYING! The tortilla packet was completely opened and had to be replaced Raspberry packet was opened, and apparently raspberries were missing, and on top of it, they were very old.
The Target App is not so sophisticated that it will tell you if items are missing or not until you go for pick up. So, never rely on the accuracy if you are needing last moment items.
It was the last pick-up order, especially for grocery. Neither I will order nor I will recommend anyone to Target. If you dont know, then Walmart is cheaper for most of the items.
