I do not recommend this place at all. I called and made an appointment last week for butt length knotless braids. I came yesterday to get them done. I showed the stylist the pictures and they said $300. This was totally fine with me because when they serviced me this summer I paid the exact same price. Once they started my braids the braiders were extremely heavy handed and slow!! It took them 13 hrs to do my braids. I got up from the chair and noticed they did not do what I asked. The braids stopped at my belly button. They did not braid my hair all the way down, instead they let the loose hair hang. I called and complained after I get home. The owner stated that if I wanted it to be butt length I would have had to pay more. This should have been explained in the beginning. I had no problem paying for what I wanted. On top of that I was there from 10am-12am. Also, they did not do knotless braids on me. These appear to look more like box braids and they are very painful. I will now spend my Sunday taking them down. If you care about your edges, how you spend your time, money and getting good customer service do not go...

Today was my 3rd time going there. The first time I had my hair done it was great and when I took my daughter it was okay. Today I arrived at 11am for small long box braids and my hair was not done until about 6 30pm. The first time I went there a few months ago I paid $220 for the same style and today I was charged $250. I wouldn’t have cared as much about the price increase if I had received faster service. My head is extremely sore from the braiding being so rough! When I complained about being there for 6 hours the owner’s daughter was NOT apologetic at all. She told me that is how long it takes even though my daughter and I had both received the same service recently and it never took that long. Someone else walks in for their appointment at 4 and they hadn’t started her hair by 4 45 so she walked out. They made no apologies for the fact that my hair took over 7 hours even though I spent more money than I ever had. No one wished or sanitized their hands before starting my hair. Do not go to this place! First of all I asked for knotless and they gave me braids with knots. It was clear that I wanted knotless braids because I called and made an appointment days prior and asked for knotless braids. When I noticed that there were knots in my braids the stylist told me it was too late to get them knotless and charged me the same price.My appointment was for 9:00 a.m. and I did not leave until 8:00 p.m. It was the worst experience ever! They braided my hair extremely tight and I can feel my edges breaking off.. I'm still traumatized by what I had to go through! I literally sat in the chair and cried! I repeat do not go to this place. I normally don't give reviews but I had to in this situation! Very unprofessional. I called back the next day to see if the stylist could make some he braids knotless because my hair felt so tight and heavy.
