   Read moreWould have given no stars and judging by what I saw in past reviews they should probably close this store. Went in on a Saturday to grab a new battery. Was asked by "Christopher" if I had the old one with me so we didn't have to do the core charge. I said yes and got the battery, did the transaction and left. Got home and looked at the receipt, the guy charged me the core charge anyway! Now the other clerk who was there when I went to get this rectified today was very quick to help me and make that refund of the core charge for me. So I will say they must have good and bad, unfortunately it looks like the bad ones are prevailing. Oh, and O'Reilly's Corporate, you just lost my business permanently unless you are willing to comp me in some way. Maybe then I'll reconsider. I'll still be wary because you obviously can't hire the right folks (minus the guy who fixed the issue, he was polite about it so can't fault him. He even said he questioned the other clerk and the other clerk had no idea where the unaccounted battery came from!). Buyer...
   Read moreI bought a battery from this store and they installed it on 13thJan . The next day, My car ran for few miles and stalled while picking up my kid from school. Not doubting the newly installed battery, I thought issue might be something else. But, when the towing guy opened the hood, the new battery was very very poorly installed, not a single bolt was tightened. The batter was moving, basically after driving for few miles, the new battery connection fell off. I took it back to the store and asked them to tighten the screws and bolts, there was not a single time they said a "sorry" or " "apologized" to what they put me through.
