Walgreens — Local services in Heidelberg

For months I have been taking my film here and had no problem. Recently I took in two rolls and they were training a new employee in the photo lab. They told me instead of one hour service, to come back in the afternoon. My film wasn't done until after 5PM. Then, I looked through my images when I got home, and someone had creased, scratched, and gotten chemical marks all over my film. The film was scanned and put on a disc, so I know someone had to have seen the giant black gouges through my images. The film is completely destroyed. I know not many people use film these days, but this was still ridiculous. I am a professional photographer wh shoots film for my personal projects, and considering I spend about $100 a month in Walgreens on film processing, I expected better service and better care. I liked having a place right around the corner who could quickly process my film and deliver quality. I'd rather wait a few weeks and send it out than ever take my photos to these butchers again. At this point, I wasted almost $40 for them to ruin images that can never be replicated and not only will I no longer take my film there, I will never take any of my business...

The lady called Katie who works in this store is sucks, she dont use her brain at all, worst experience ever in walgreens never gonna visit again in my whole life, me and my friends have ordered the photos using tmobile coupons and i was the pickup person, ofcourse pickup person details are always same for all the orders by looking at the pick up person details she started saying that you did ordered from same account so i cannot give you the photos.. no sense at all.. and asking me to pay for all.. managers also worst they dont care about customer satisfaction at all.. worst management and especially that lady Katie.. she...

Young blonde woman in the pharmacy has a terrible attitude and lacks empathy. She attempted to dismiss me without any further intervention to wait another day for my medication. The dark haired young man working with her was able to talk to the pharmacist and I walked out with my medication in 15 minutes at no cost. This woman expected to wait longer and pay more for my medication and was rude to me for not understanding how that could be. Making medications harder to access is the opposite of why a pharmacy exists. She should probably work...
