Deanna has been doing my hair for years and I can’t speak enough praise for her in just one small review, I would need a whole novel to fit how great she is! Though I recently tried one of her new services and got a pedicure from Julia before my beach vacation! It is my last day at the beach and let me tell you…my toes are still perfect! I’ve never had a pedicure last through a beach vacation like this! Usually the polish fades and gets dull, but not this time. Other than the longevity, it was also a great pedicure experience! I do not exaggerate when I say this Grateful Head is hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had. I tend to stay away from salons because they’re typically busy, loud, and have bright lights. When I did go, I would also usually skip on the hair wash because of sensory issues. Grateful Head is a calming, relaxed space with a lot of natural lighting. Time is taken to sit with you and discuss what you’d like for your haircut, and having your hair washed feels like a spa treatment with a massaging chair and aromatherapy. I almost fell asleep!
