My husband and I went in to just look and get some pricing for a bed and frame for our guest bedroom. Dylan Kaiser was the associate working and he greeted us right away. He asked about our needs and what was important to us in our search. Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable showing us great options within our budget and other options along the lines of what we were looking for. We weren’t looking to buy anything at this time because we were in a crunch with time, however, Dylan did provide us with some good information on bed frames and mattress protectors as well, so those were two things we did purchase and leave with since we couldn’t decide on a bed just yet. Had a wonderful experience. I did not know mattress shopping would be so hard. We went to store after store and left more and more confused. However, when we got to Denver Mattress we had such wonderful help. Casey listened to what we were looking for, what sleep position we usually gravitated towards, and listened to our budget. Unlike other places that were trying to push us way out of our price range, Casey listened to our needs, worked with us, and made sure we found the perfect bed. He was knowledgeable about all the materials and really made great suggestions based off our preferences. We found an excellent mattress at the right price. I have been looking at different mattresses and stores here in Helena and on the Web. Both ladies at Denver mattress were major no pressure, were a wealth of knowledge and didn't mind us coming in 3 different times to look at mattresses. 2 of those times we were there for an hour or so. They were very patient of going through base options as well as cost options. Come here BEFORE you buy on the web as they will, in our case, match the deals off of Purple website!
