Horrible. I went in to shop for a new gun. Unfortunately they had all of about 8 guns in the whole store! I was ignored by the staff and after seeing that they had almost no selection at all, I decided to drive out of town. Unfortunately when local businesses don't even attempt to gain your business either through helpful and friendly staff or superior selection and prices, as a consumer we're forced to take our business out of town. Very disappointing. I grew up in Hemet and in years past have purchased much camping, hiking, hunting and fishing gear from BJ's. This place is amazing, customer service is great they are honest, reliable, dedicated . If they do not carry it or have the items you need in stock they will order it for you. I'd pay more for items here because of the customer service alone but bond I've developed with the staff is amazing .
