I had my iphone 8 plus screen replaced here. What Ive now discovered is he is using 3rd party parts. Not authentic parts. The quality is drastically different. The touch screen is awful. Texting is a chore. The strength of this screen is nothing compared to a authentic Apple product. I also had him put a glass screen protector on. The screen protector did not go to corner to corner. I dropped the phone once and it shattered in the left corner and extended throughout the screen. Both screen and glass protector. I removed the glass protector and the touch sensitivity of the phone is still the exact same.... writing this is a massive chore. I did some research on how to tell if you have an aftermarket product or an authentic Apple product and sure enough this is an aftermarket product this explains why his prices were so much lower . I’ve never had to replace my screen before so I didn’t know what I was getting myself into but personally as a business owner he should make his customers aware that he is using aftermarket products and not authentic products so there can be an informed decision made on the customers part.

This site wont let me respond to owners response so I have to do it on my original review. When you Google your business there’s no website but there’s a description and in it you say you make sure your customers know what they’re paying for it at no time did you explain to me that these were not authentic Apple products I have never had to have my screen replaced before so I would have no idea to ask that question that’s some thing that the business owner needs to be providing to their customers. So they can make an informed decision for themselves. I am no longer going through your company or any other third-party company I’m going through that you break it we fix that company and I’ve now put insurance on my phone through a Schurian and through a Schurian they use you break it we fix it and they use authentic parts at a discounted price through the insurance and insurance so instead of paying 200 some dollars for an authentic Apple product I will pay $30 plus $11 a month for...

I’m giving a 1 star I got my screen fixed on an IPhone 8plus and my screen speaker by the camera stopped working I couldn’t hear calls unless I had it on speaker . before I got my cracked screen fixed everything was working good , I did pay $75 and called the owner said he would check it out but I just gave the phone away to someone I didn’t want to deal with it again . The worst experience with business owner , I’m adding to my review because I had left an honest review about my experience getting my phone fixed the owner replied saying he was really sorry and was willing to give me a partial refund , so I showed up in person that was a bad decision for myself. he approached me accusing me of black mailing him i don’t understand how if he was the one who offered to refund a amount. he was demanding me to delete the review in a very rude until I asked him do you do this to all your customers who leave a bad review he got upset and refused to give me a refund I should of never showed up that was my mistake he needs the $35 more than me anyways. Walked in and the owner was great. Was very personable and great with the knowledge of my phone. My phone was left on the hood of my car and I drove off forgetting that I did that, god knows who ran over it and how many times. But a good person called my phone contacts and I got it back. Mind blowing, Right! Sent it out to Asurion who seemed confused what was wrong with it and there quote was double the price. They sent it back at my request and I went to The Phone doc. He has changed broken screens in the past. So I explained my problems, he explained the pros and cons and it was easy Peazy. All it was was a certain part that connects to screen that keeps it so it lights up again. Asurion wanted to charge $300 to start by fixing screen and it goes up if the phone has other problems.
