Great customer service! The lady I spoke to on phone her name was Kim (pretty sure). She was so nice and customer service was top notch. I purchased a glass table over the phone (which she doesn't usually do) but she did for me which was really nice of her. They also delivered for 60 bucks. I am really happy with my table and would definitely go back when I need more furniture and items. I really appreciate great customer service as I'm a business owner myself and it's hard to come by really nice people and service. She also sent me my receipt in an envelope which was really nice. When I initially called the employee that answered was respectful.Then me & my spouse was trying to sell over 7 furniture pieces to them & we got the run around for 2 months. They take 3 weeks to respond to 1 email & then stated that they cant take a video of all the furniture looks even though we asked that the first time. The video was clear & she was able to identify the items so It was confusing why she wanted pictures. We didnt have pictures of every item . We wanted to do business & sell some new furniture pieces but at this point another 3 weeks...

This place has some really nice pieces. Online shopping is available and the pieces are just as nice in person. The staff are friendly and personable. There was a clothing rack online so I drove over to see if it was still available and it was. It was too large to fit in my vehicle but the ladies were so kind to allow my husband to use their tools to break it down so I cloud take my things home immediately. Also snagged a cut faux fur rug for my walk in closet. I will be most definitely visiting...
