Beautiful lawns that are used by the public daily. Trees large and small line the pathways giving people shaded areas throughout the park. The playground and picnic tables are for public use as long as there are no scheduled parties. Garbage cans in designated areas. Activities include horseshoes, shuffleboard, baseball, softball, tennis, lawn darts, and flag football. Pets are welcome and there are dog bag stations with poop pales near parking lot, by the baseball area and one on the public bike path so please pickup after your furbaby, pet, or dog. Just like everywhere in the world, there are "The "Hatetoer's" and you may find a pile or two as you walk your pet, if your lucky, you may see a volunteer, resident, employee, or a com'n joe or jane picking up after someone else. Ample parking in lot or on the street just put your valuables out of sight, windows up and no child or pet to be left behind. Handicapped accessible parking and sloped curb. Public restrooms, picture on figure for MEN, has a suit, hence Men's Room and Female picture in a dress, is Womans Room. If you don't know which side to go, ask someone. 5☆ rating from me as I'm from...
Read moreI love this park but there needs to be more inforcement for people who let their dogs off leash. This is a rule. This is not a contained dog park. One man has 3 dogs and they wander wherever they want including in the street. He has gone so far as to stand at the top of the playground equipment with the kids and let them go down the slides. HE HAS NO CHILDREN. Why would a man in his ?? 40's be playing with children in the play ground?? There are also homeless living in their cars there. I've pointed it out to him on several occasions. The last time I did take a picture of him. Please have police patrol on foot here on...

It's small enough to easily find friends, and it's in a pretty good part of town. The playground area is a decent size and has a couple swing sets as well. There's for Males and Females, and water fountains. The park is also just across the street from McDonald's, Smith's, and a ton of other great shops. Bring a blanket and enjoy...
