Wills Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Henderson

I'm ecstatic to have a great Hawaiian BBQ option in my neighborhood. Wills Hawaiian BBQ is located right next to the Smith's I frequent so this is a win win for me.

This is mom and pop sized restaurant with seating capacity maximized for the space should you choose to dine in. My orders have always been ordered to go or delivery via UberEats and all my experiences have been efficient and drama free experiences. Great work.

Here's a listing of my usual orders:

BBQ Mix Combo - BBQ Beef, Chicken, Short Ribs, 2 scoops of rice and a scoop of Mac salad. This is a hearty serving that has been consistently quality for me. Saimin - I usually order this with the grilled spam, to each their own. Regardless of protein, the broth has always been savory and the noodles fresh. Spam Musubi - Classic appetizer for me whenever I'm extra hungry. Great snack on the run. Loco Moco - Gravy makes this dish and I've enjoyed every time I've ordered.

We're from LA, and we come to Vegas yearly. My hubby was craving Hawaiian BBQ. We were not in the area, but we drove a little extra to check out Wills Hawaiian BBQ!! We ordered three combos; two were half and half combos with seafood and short ribs, and the other combo was a BBQ mix combo. All of the proteins were cooked to perfection. I've never had such amazing Hawaiian barbecue beef. Some other places are so dry, chewy, and salty. But Wills barbecue beef was amazing, along with the short ribs and chicken thighs! The fish was fried perfectly!! Even the teriyaki sauce and tartar sauce were great! Did I mention how big heavy the to go box was!! Mood - Portuguese Sausage and Eggs

It's funny how you can have a serious hard core craving for something and it won't leave until you have entertained it. Another Yelper posted about this place and I figured ok let me satisfy this.

Upon entering was quickly greeted. You order at the front counter, pay, and your food is brought out to you. It was only 2 ppl working. So I knew it would take a little time.

Opted for the Portuguese Sausage and Eggs, Mixed Plate, Malasadas, and of course some Hawaiian Sun. Everything was prepared very well and the portions were generous.

Interior has several table and chair arrangements. Because there were only 2 ppl working out took awhile for the tables to be bussed. Music was playing in the background.
