Amazing store and staff! Tammy and Lucas were super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and helped me figure out what I was needing. They were attentive to me and my needs and didn’t just sit around on their phones or ignore me. The energy of the shop was calming and positive, which unfortunately a lot of shops don’t have much of these days. I even went in when they were going around saging the shop, showing that it is regularly cleansed! Whatever you buy, whether it’s crystals, decks, or candles, is all saged before it leaves. Lucas was super helpful in explaining everything to me, since I’m new to this haha! Everything there clearly had been picked with care, and both Tammy and Lucas were passionate about every piece! And wow, there was so much! Lucas was telling me how they’re constantly getting new stuff to put out too, and I’m already blown away at all they fit in the space! They have absolutely EVERYTHING you will ever need, and can help point you to what you’re looking for (or even help you find something to look for if you’re not sure!) Gifts, self improvement, books, HUGE selection of oracle and tarot cards, pendulums, tumbled stones, raw stones, geodes, towers, spheres, herbs, jewelry, and decorations! I could go on and on about all the stuff they have, I could go there every day and spend hours and still not see everything! I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into buying more than I needed, they told me what they knew might help my situation and told me to choose what I thought would be best, which not a lot of places will do. Everyone’s out to oversell and scam these days, but not Vegas Crystal Healings! I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything at all, only that they had their suggestions and testimonies of what they thought would help, and that’s all they were, suggestions to try and help me out. I highly recommend this shop for anyone, newbie to expert, exploring or collector, any age, gender, race, ANYONE! Best crystal shop I’ve found yet, have already gone a few times with friends, and am definitely not...

If i could, i wouldnt even give one star... the lady working was EXTREMELY pushy and rude... her energy was very negative... this was my first and last visit... not only was i just in the shop to browse since i was new, i had a list of items i was curious to see if she had... after being asked multiple times if she could help and me replying with no thanks, she became pushy and stated well if you tell me whats on your list i can help you, again NO THANK YOU I'M BROWSING! Then throughout this entire experience she watched me like a hawk as if i was some thief there to steal her stuff... as i was looking at pocket stones, she proceeded with a snarky "they're all in alphabetical order" as if i couldnt tell already... this all occurred while there were 2 other customers in the store who were asking her questions but she was so focused on me for some reason she neglected to provide her best customer service to them... needless to say i left without buying anything because there are other businesses without these types of rude, condescending employees. Thanks but no thanks Vegas Crystal Healings... you can have ALLLLLL that negativity :)

Response to owner: The one customer may have been a regular, the other was new, i heard her friend state as such... also, i said flourite because i passed the rainbow fluorite... again, if i needed the help i would have asked, however i didnt, i informed you numerous times that i didnt and i was on my lunch break browsing... i was unaware there was a time limit while browsing your store... regardless, i felt you were very rude and negative and i will not be back......

Went there about a year ago. Store owner was watching and following me around the store as if I was going to steal (similar reviews say the same thing). I then took a video of the store to send to my friends to show them the new crystal spot I found. Very typical thing for a 19 year old with snapchat. Anyway, the store owner went up to me and told me no video recordings allowed. That's my bad, I didn't see the sign originally. But she continues on to say that competitors from other stores come in to take videos and steal layout ideas from her? Acting as if I was doing that? Just felt very interrogating. I was literally just taking a video for friends, and not trying to steal her business. Last thing that really irked me was her talking bad about customers. These costumers had come in wanting to buy a pennant, but it was $50 so they declined and left. Store owner was talking about how they were complaining and that her stuff is authentic etc etc. The costumers then come back into the store after they changed their mind to buy the pennant. Little did they know that she was bad mouthing them right before they walked back in, and I honestly should've said something to the costumers. I see that this lady comes onto her reviews to defend herself, but everything I say here is true. Literally my first visit there and I haven't went back since. It seems like I'm not the only one to experience encounters like this. Just a very aggressive...
