update: January 2022. David did a solid job again, this time moving everything from my old computer to a new computer and turning the old computer into a gaming machine. He knows what he's doing and customer service is great. Kept me updated all the way through. 5-stars!

Recently David installed a new solid state hard drive in my primary desktop computer. Before I brought it to him I called to ask which hard drive I should purchase and he gave me great advice on the top brands and what he's installed before and which brands work best with my PC. The machine is my primary computer for work and I told him I couldn't afford to be without it for long. David did the install and saved all of my files to the old hard drive so could move them around as needed. I asked him a ton of questions and he knew the answers. I wouldn't take my computer...

David brought my Mac back from the dead, literally. Like many of you, I was told (by "George" at Apple) that downloading the newest operating system - Yosimite - was "simple to do and would work seamlessly, just follow the 'simple' instructions" upon my calling them prior to installation. While I am no computer repair person nor do I pretend to know the ins and outs of computer technology, I'm not totally inept. So, seemed simple... right? Well, needless to say, simple or seamless were the farthest from the truth! In fact, the installation actually and literally killed my computer. I couldn't even determine if it was on or not, no lights, no sounds, nothing. When I called David, he instinctively knew what the problem was and fixed it promptly, and at a very reasonable price! This company has had my sons laptop for several months. At first my husband was kept in the loop of what was going on and the technician kept saying that he keeps receiving the wrong part for my sons laptop. Now he will not answer the phone or give us a call back, all we want is our laptop, don’t worry about fixing it, just give it back to us. We went off of reviews about this company. If I could rate this company a NEGATIVE 10 I would. Please, if you want your computer fixed, please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company. They have basically stolen our laptop. This company is garbage and we are speaking with our attorney now to take the steps to sue. If I can help anyone from going through what we are going to it would be worth it.
