Hendersonville Circus World — Attraction in Hendersonville

I will start off by saying that my daughter and her friends had a great time as we celebrated my kiddo turning 9. I however was not pleased with our experience. I paid for a birthday party, the staff at the front were very nice and personable. We paid for a bowling game as part of our package but we were put on a waiting list in order to play. After waiting 30 mins we finally got our lanes but right before our party room was ready. I asked if we could go to room late air have pizza at the bowling they said yes. Then they brought me the cake and presents and told me I could not come to the room because they needed more time than 20 minutes because of clean up. If I get the party room from 430-515 you need to worry about clean up when we are done not during my party. My hostess was nice but she did not host. The pizza was cut uneven so not everyone got even slices of pizza, the pitcher was dirty and we didn’t realize it until half way through drinking it, highly disappointed. I would not recommend ever to book a party. It would have been so much cheaper to bring a cake up there and buy wrist bands anyways. My family and I had a disappointing experience at this facility. The teenage staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. Given the cost of the artist band per person, I expected everything to be fully operational, but that wasn’t the case.

The bumper cars had long lines because two of them were out of order. The bungee jumping activity was slow-moving, with only one staff member managing it, which caused significant delays. This was on a Saturday—a peak time—when everything should have been running efficiently due to the number of visitors.

The soft play area was closed, making it especially difficult for moms with multiple kids of different ages to keep everyone entertained. The bathrooms were dirty, and many arcade games either weren’t working properly or would take quarters without allowing kids to play. This meant repeatedly running back and forth to the front counter for assistance, adding to the frustration.

Overall, the poor management, broken attractions, and lack of staff made this a disappointing experience. With long wait times, limited activities for toddlers, and an overall lack of upkeep, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It desperately needs better management and a...

I came here with my kids Friday 3/18/22 I bought the wristband which is really a good deal you get all rides and activities for $15 upon buying the wristbands I was told they were understaffed and there may be longer waits on the rides I was okay with this since we got there when they opened. While I waited for my son to ride bumper cars I watched a man walk around and move arcade machines around for the first two hours I was there walking around all trash and spilled drinks on the floor that were dried onto the floor from the night before as he moved around arcade machines he left all trash from underneath them there on the floor if you have smaller children that you wanted to let play in the play place area there's a sign on the door that says it's no longer included with the wristbands so instead of changing their website that they're obviously too lazy to do they just put a sign up so if you have younger kids that can't ride the big kid activities you might as well leave them home cuz there's nothing for them to do. It is sad that in these hard times people have no pride in there job if you don't want to work let someone else have your job who might actually do what they are...
