I have been eating Little Caesars for about 30 years, and this has to be the worst location EVER as far as customer service. They have very slow service and don't even try to do better. The drive thru line is long, not because they are busy, but because they don't care to get people taken care of timely. A few weeks ago, my hubby waited 20 mins for a sausage pizza that they claimed they had just cooked. We got it home and the pizza was room temperature and the crust was hard- as if it had been sitting out overnight. Today, I sat in the drive thru line for 5 mins and no one ever came to the window. I drove around and parked. As I walked in, one of the employees was headed over to the window and said " the car is gone". I said "yeah, that was me". The employee behind the cash register was getting another customer his pizzas. When she got done with him, she walked off. Never greeted me or the other customer that had walked in. The other employees were back there talking about their schedules. So she walked over to their schedule and started talking with them- they were talking about graduations. The other customer asked me was there a long wait for pepperoni pizza. I told him that I didn't know because I hadn't ordered yet. She finally came and took my order, but was not friendly. She rung me up and then walked off before my transaction was complete. Thank goodness I know how to insert my card into the chip reader. She was gone for a few mins and the other customer left. He said it was taking to long. She brought me back my pizza and asked where did the guy go. I said that he left, and pointed to his car leaving the parking lot. She said, well we had a pepperoni pizza ready. I'm thinking, if you had communicated that to him, you may not have lost the sale. The only person who I saw continuously work is the young lady who was creating the pizza crusts. Management really needs to give this staff some customer...
Read moreI'm only rating one star because the pizza was decent, the service was not. After reading the reviews it seems like the management doesn't care about customers. I went through drive through, watched two cars leave because no one was coming to the window, I should've followed their leads because when I got to the window ugly, obviously fake red head (GIRL PLEASE TAKE THAT UGLY WIG OFF, HALLOWEEN IS OVER) looked at me through the window, and then walked away, not a word said. Waited 10 minutes, she never came back to get my order so I went inside. Still got ignored before the cook told her had someone in the front, mind you, there's no one inside or at the drive through. She wouldn't get close to the counter and her exact words where "What do you want?" A FLIPPING PIZZA!! TF? She threw my pizza on the counter and acted impatient when I was digging around for my debt card. That took less than 2 minutes to find, not like she had better things to do, she store is gross and nasty and she's ignoring customers. Won't be back if I Sophia C. is there, i'll walk out and...
Read moreTo say I am disappointed is an understatement. My husband and I ordered on the mobile app on the way home from an event and the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes from the time we ordered. We got there a little early, so we proceeded to wait in the parking lot. The light in the lobby was off, but we could see people (at least 4 employees) working in the back and the open sign was on. We watched numerous cars pull up, people get out and walk to the door, but the door was locked. We got a notification that our pizza was ready (5 minutes later than the estimated time, which isn't an issue, it was only 5 minutes) and the app said they couldnt place our order in their pizza portal so we needed to see the cashier. We went to the drive through and there were 4 other cars in front of us and we had to sit and wait an additional 20 minutes to get our pizza. Getting home, one of our pizzas was undercooked (see photo, the crust isn't done, it's still dough-y). To make matters worse, it was at 8pm on a Tuesday night. I would hate to see how they are during rush. We...
