Absolutely the worst floor n decor iv ever been to just left from there and was just trying to exchange some pieces of stone that had a dark red color to them when there supposed to be white and grey color Have never been to this store I always deal with Brentwood location and there the best but they were out of the stone I needed so they said Hendersonville had some and it was on my way home I drove all the way there and they wouldn’t exchange them even though there other store was going to and sent me there they said cause they wasn’t in a box even though you can buy the pieces single well I had some boxes in my truck and that wasn’t good enough then was told they couldn’t cause they weren’t wrapped in plastic
I wasn’t trying to return anything just exchange them cause they had a red color to them so then I ask for the manager some cashier told me the manager wasn’t there just to act like she was doing something and think I was just gonna leave then the manager finally came out after me standing there and not leaving and was clueless I will never go to that store location again I was told even though I bought 3000 worth of stone and had all my receipts and there is only two pieces per box that i didn’t buy them in single piece so they couldn’t exchange them even though they sell them in singles I was told if you buy a box and you have any thing left it cannot be exchanged or returned unless you buy it by the piece so if you go to Hendersonville and buy a box of anything make sure they ring it up per piece I have been a customer off floor decor for years I lay tile for a living and have never been threw what I just went threw they don’t care to help you in no way the manager threatened to call police on me cause i said this is a fukin joke my words I will never go to Hendersonville location again and that lazy cashier y’all have don’t expect no help from her it was embarrassing I don’t care if my next job is in Hendersonville I will drive to Nashville for my materials the stuff they were saying made no sense when all I wanted to do was exchange 8 pieces of stone and the 3 that wasn’t in plastic wasn’t in plastic when they were bought they were just in the boxes that place is a joke I have never had a issue with...
Read moreDisappointing Service and Lack of Military Support at Floor and Decor
I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Floor and Decor, which not only WASTED OVER SEVEN HOURS of my time but also completely FAILED to resolve a straightforward payment issue. My sister was in the process of choosing flooring for her entire home, a significant investment, and I was handling the payment from another state. The complexity and importance of her whole-home renovation seemed lost on Floor and Decor, as their handling of our transaction was not only INEFFICIENT but utterly INADEQUATE.
The ordeal began with numerous failed attempts to process the payment online. When the matter was escalated to a phone conversation, the inadequacy of the staff became painfully evident. Despite repeatedly explaining that my credit card details needed to correspond to my out-of-state billing information, the representative was unable to comprehend this fundamental aspect of processing payments, highlighting a severe deficiency in training and customer service.
After an exhausting and fruitless seven hours of communication, I was forced to transfer the money directly to my sister's bank account—a solution that should never have been necessary. Furthermore, despite the considerable time and effort wasted, Floor and Decor offered no discount or form of compensation to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
Moreover, it is particularly disheartening to note that despite being located near a military base, Floor and Decor does not offer any military discount—a stark contrast to Home Depot and Lowe's, which both honor military service with discounts. As a retired and disabled veteran, I find the lack of consideration for military personnel and their families not only disappointing but also unsatisfactory.
Given this experience, I cannot recommend Floor and Decor. For those in similar situations or for any potential customer, I suggest considering other more reliable and military-friendly retailers like Home Depot or Lowe’s. Floor and Decor missed a crucial opportunity to provide satisfactory service and demonstrate value for significant customer investments and military...
