I ordered 2 chicken soft tacos last night 6/01 and I specifically asked for no lettuce on the order . I called up there and since the manager on duty remembered me coming thru she said just pick it up tonight . So when I got off work I went there and ordered my usual soft taco cheese only, nachos and cheese and 2 chicken soft tacos cheese that they messed up on that I was just talking about from the night before . The manager comes and asks for a receipt . I tell her I called . There should be a note left . They said tell us we will straighten it out . I said ok . So she just insists that I must have the receipt . I say .They said to tell you . I said its me Chris the pizza guy . I come thru here every night . She makes it out like I am trying to get free food . I have come thru there so many times since that store has opened that you have been thru like 5 managers that I know of . The girl running the window even recognized me . You need to help her with customer service . You never argue with good customers. I also just bought more food that is ridiculous . Last time I...

I don't hate this Taco Bell, I just dislike it. Do yourself a favor and visit the one on Main Street. Every time I have been here (usually around the hours of 6-9pm) the service is as slow as cold molasses. This applies to dine-in, carry-out, and drive-thru. Last night was particularly bad. Whenever I pulled up to the drive-thru window, she told me the wrong order total. They were about to give me someone else's order before I corrected them! My order total came to $7.72. I gave her a gift card with $6.61 balance, a $5 bill, and 11 cents. So I should get back $4 exactly. I even gave her instructions on what to do. Bless her heart, it blew her mind. I kid you not, she handed me back the coins and said, "I'll just take it out of the dollar" thus resulting in more change to my pile that I was trying to whittle down. Then I get home to discover that my quesadilla was inadequately stuffed and cut upside down and that they failed to give me the fire sauce I reminded them about multiple times. There are far worse crises in the world but oh my God these people want $15 an hour? Like I said above, do yourself a favor and drive 3 miles down the road to the Main Street location. They aren't infallible, but it's much better than the Indian...

Literally every time I order from this location they get the order wrong. They have NEVER ONCE remembered to give the drink cup without being told. I am literally fuming right now. I ordered a vegetable bowl with extra ingredients (rice, beans, plus chicken) but with no rice, and there is less in the bowl than if I had ordered without extras. And it is full of diced onions. Staff members had to have done this as a joke it is so bad. They can’t be THIS BAD at their jobs unintentionally. There are also two other customers eating inside right now as well who are not happy. I am by no means racist in any way, never have been. But I will disclose that the two African American staff members in sight right now are joking around, horseplaying far more than doing their jobs and it’s frustrating as heck right now having to eat this trash meal they made knowing that it could have been better had they FOCUSED and read the order instructions correctly. It’s frustrating to have paid $12 for this bowl after the extras, to have been made so incorrectly. 0 out of 5 stars for me. Wish I could rate less. ALWAYS THIS LOCATION. ALWAYS. ALWAYS. ALWAYS.
