Everything looked great when I got there. I was seated quickly and there was not many people there. It took a while to get my order taken and a bit longer to get my coffee. After waiting quite a while, I noticed that there were no servers anywhere. Like maybe they were all at break or in a meeting. I had run out of coffee and really needed more. I finally grabbed my cup to go in the kitchen to see if I could get more but suddenly a server asked me if he could help and I said yes please. Can I have more coffee and could he locate my waitress as I had not seen her in over 15 minutes anywhere in the area. He said he would try. We'll someone from the kitchen brought my order and I asked if I could get a biscuit as everyone around me had some in a basket. They said I'll get you some, they're free. I was almost through my meal and my waitress came with the biscuits. I guess she was there after all. She asked if I needed anything but before I could answer she had already turned and was heading back into the kitchen. I don't get angry at servers and I don't make a scene but I can write a review. The meal was breakfast. Eggs over easy, french toast and sausage patties. Eggs were cold like they had been sitting by a cold air vent. Sausage under cooked and cold. Biscuits even though I got them late (30 minutes since my arrival) were fantastic! Coffee was OK (when you could get it) and I was out of water and never did get a refill. One strange thing I noticed: about 5-6 servers came out of the kitchen area at the same time, all with meals for people who were waiting like me. I thought this can't be coincidence, not everyone's meal could be completed at the same time? I seriously believe they were all shooting the breeze and when enough orders were ready (mine had been done a lot sooner hence being so cold) they decided to get them out to the tables. After everyone was served, they all went back to the kitchen. Your on your own I thought. I wished I would have took a video of all of the servers coming out with plates and quickly returning out of sight. Imagine, all of a sudden 20+ plates ready to be served to multiple tables at the same time??? The sausage I had was not cooked so I just left and yes I did leave a tip. Most wouldn't have. The young lady waitress may have been in training.

Walked in. Was seated for one person at a table next to two men. 2 minutes after being seated, waitress brings out their food. Walks off. 5 minutes later another waiter is sweeping the floor, and then wipes down the table. 2 minutes later, another waiter comes and wipes the same table he had just cleaned. 2 minutes later a manager comes to the two men's table, talks to them, walks off. comes back 2 minutes later with a plate of something, then walks off. 2 minutes later the same manager and the first waitress(black) comes back to the two men's table and gives them more plates and walks off. She them comes back to the table gives something else and walks off... NOT ONCE did EITHER of these people acknowledge me, nor say a word. I sit there 3 or four minutes more, then I get up, go to the check in spot, ask the lady there, what time was I seated. She pulls it up, says it shows you were seated 24 minutes ago... I reply and NOT one person has been to my table to acknowledge my existence, let alone take my order. DESPITE the several interactions going on at the table next to me as if NO ONE was sitting at the table, as if I were invisible, as if it's normal for a person to walk in off the street and just head into the dining area and seat themselves, then not ORDER or eat anything and sit at a table for 25 minutes. She just looked at me, didn't offer a resolution, didn't say let me get a manager, not even an apology. Just let me I walk off and out the door and now making this review.. I do not appreciate this at all. Do I want anything? NO, I want nothing, I wouldn't eat here if it were given to me for free for an entire year just from the thought of something being done to the food because I complained ... I will offer this, train your waitresses better, if you see someone sitting at a table with NOTHING but a menu and silverware. ACKNOWLEDGE them, don't just act like there is not someone sitting there PATIENTLY waiting to order.... unbelievable to say the least....

My son and I went to this Cracker Barrel for breakfast. It was a disappointment!! The portion for both of us of the hash brown casserole was very small and it was cold. Our eggs were supposed to be over easy and the yellow was cooked. I didn't say anything because you never know about repercussions for complaints. They go up on the price and cut down on size and quality. Two stars is being generous. I feel the waitress should have been aware of us not getting what we ordered.

This location is really all over the place. Some visits the service is good but most of the time, it is really bad. The servers seem overwhelmed and not properly trained. They make their jobs twice as hard by not bringing all the items to the table the first time. There have been many times we get our food and no utensils and the server has to go back and get them but it can take them up to 5 minutes. Why? To-go orders are always a problem. While waiting for tables, there is always an unhappy door dash driver or person to pick up a to-go order because of how long they have been waiting. Certain servers there are very passive aggressive and neglectful to their tables. We have experienced it all but still come back. We just know to expect poor service when we do. But the reason for me taking the time to post this review is because of the manager’s unprofessional conduct last Sunday evening. There was a table right next to the host stand that had been waiting for their order longer than they had the patience for and they decided to get up and leave. When they left, they stopped at our table and told us how terrible their service was and how they had been waiting over an hour for their meal. The manager later realized they had left either because the server told him or he just happened to notice. He went over to speak to the host and had a tray with dishes in his hand because he had just bussed a table. Whatever the exchange with him and the host was; it caused the manager to take the chair from the table that left and slam it back into the table making a loud disturbance in that part of the restaurant. We were sitting right next to that table. The manager was visibly upset and took his anger out on the chair. This is so unprofessional. There is an ongoing problem for this location. Whether people get up a leave (we have been one of those people), customers complaining etc. there is a massive problem with this Cracker Barrel and it revolves around management. Cracker Barrel corporate desperately needs to get involved and help this location get back to what a Cracker Barrel...
