All Air Extreme Trampoline Park — Attraction in Hendersonville

I was very disappointed today of the young Managment. We went there for my son small get to getter birthday party. Which we made decision late last night . In am kids want to go air extreme . So we grap a cake let the kids have fun. When I arrive my first question to girl behind the register . Do you guys have any speacial for birthday parties. I got told I have to book with them 12 hour before that’s the way I can get package deal. In Texas air extreme they let us rent it before on last min. So I thought I could do it here too. Any how . I should know better right !! I guess. They told tell me we can’t cut his birthday cake and serve it. But least they let him blow his candle . İ order pizzas and drinks and I told her I will let you know when to make the pizza after kids arrive . All of a sudden pizza came to table in 15 min . 🤷🏻‍♀️which I didn’t want it that soon . They put it back on top of the oven we grap it back when the time was right. Most of the kids didn’t eat the pizza .cause wasn’t nice and fresh and top of that cheese pizza was over cooked . As an employee they should be more clear when pizza has been order had to be made right the way!!!! . I highly succes for the place to have adult Managment on busy day. I ask for manager I got to talk with teen smh. Wasn’t helpful at all. Not gonna lia my experience was horrible today . Also we were there 3 hours party rooms were empty whole time we attend there smh I will make sure to take my business somewhere else next time. Again that wasn’t a plan day ahead . Small get together . I understand the rules and regulation but I was willing to rent the room and pay the fee. They just wouldn’t let me...

This place was fun. My child enjoyed it which is what matters. The only few complaints that I have are: the bathroom are not clearly marked. There is nothing that says Restrooms...just a door that says Boys/Girls. The sign in waiver center is all electronic. You sign in on a tablet. Sometimes those tablets get stuck and you can't exit out of the system to start fresh. There should be someone there that helps out if the technology gliches. I ordered a personal pizza and they never called my name over the intercom. I finally went up there and the pizza was sitting there the whole time. The guy just threw it down at me. No reason on why my name was never called or an "enjoy.."..nothing at all. He didn't serve me with smile. It looked like it was one of the owners too, which wasn't a good first impression. The intercom speaker is hard to hear....when they call wristbands that have reached the end of their hour...you can't make out what they are saying. It's all mumbled. They need to either not speak so close to the intercom or get a different type of service. For the food, I would recommend a vibrator light up device like you get a restaurants when your food is ready. That place is loud and hectic inside as is, that you can't hear anything. These are my suggestions. I'd be curious to see if anyone reaches out from the company about my feedback. Update.... They did respond and thank you so much...that...

Booked a party. Kids had a great time! The hostess we got was awful, she didn't pour drinks, couldn't cut the cake, never talked or smiled and didn't hand out pizza or anything. The were out of socks so it was use your own or barefooted. Our pitchers of Sierra mist was carbonated water and the replacement was as well so then asked for different flavor and was brought 1 pitcher of fruit punch to replace 3 bad Sierra mist. The kids loved the trampolines but it is impossible to hear intercoms. I never found a water fountain and didn't know there was water for very hot,thirsty kids till reading another review. I was very disappointed about no socks then to find out one of my guests did receive grip socks. I don't know what was wrong with our hostess and I am a very easy and understanding person to get along with. When I say she never smiled, not one time did she crack a grin or really anything. I kinda felt bad for her we only have 30min. Of party room time and I swear it took her 15min. to attempt to cut the cake then one of my guest took over to get the kids cake cut. Never plated one piece of pizza or poured a single drink. I paid alot of money to book this party and expected quite a bit more from my hostess. My guest became my helpers.
