So I brought my ps5 into there company working paid $120 to fix a hdmi port to cj and asked to do a small cleaning process they said it take about 2 weeks they received a new hdmi port and had Henry working on my system it took longer than is was supposed to because they had to order more thermal paste and when I asked what the issue was in person Ryan said ye tried to Sauter the old hdmi port that was already burnt to see if that would work he said it didn’t so he tried using a old HDMI port that was already in the shop that didn’t work and the new one just came in he tried using that one and it didn’t work Work so at the poin I figured they didnt know what they were doing so I asked if I could just get my system so I can take it to a more professional place to get fixed when I got home and plugged in my system it didn’t even turn on and was worse than when I brought it in I’m more confused on why they would have pay to fix my system and made it worse than how it came I asked for a reimbursement for my system and he replied we already paid you back for the hdmi witch was $75 but system is now not turning on I told umm that’s crazy and they rushed but I gave them a hour and 30 minutes not even mad sat outside and waited patiently after they 4 different hdmi ports so now I told him ok I’ll just take it to a small claims court and he responded with ok do what have to and hung up this company is terrible and I would advice nobody to bring in any game systems that could destroy your mother boards because they have no clue what they’re doing they already fired the last guy for destroying 5 as they told me last night on...
