I bought one pair of earrings , 2 months after both pearls dropped as well as seven of the faux diamonds Today 5/29/2021 the employee told me that if they have to clean the earrings the little faux diamonds will drop again, so basically she was telling me that the product they sold me was of poor quality. I would have to pay $10 for each diamond an the pearls so “it will be better for me to buy new one.”I left the store as a very unhappy client. I bought a Van Cleef bracelet, 2 days later it broken, lucky me I was at home and seen it falling, went to the store and they said it never happened it was the first time a jewelry broken, it's funny because I am reading a lot people complaining about the quality and broken products. They offer repair the product but I had no confidence anymore in this piece I replaced it for another bracelet and asked a discount but they gave me a small discount. Today I was in the ABC jewerly that is in hialeah to repair a very simple piece.A very kind girl helped me and my intentions were to buy a chain and some earrings for my wife,but no one went to the place where I was to sell me what I wanted,I don't know what was the reason but the way of .the service is terrible,first time I see something like this in all of Miami,in the past I have visited this place and everything was perfect.
