Discovery Clothing — Attraction in Hialeah

I've never had a problem here before. I usually find everything i need at a good price and sometimes better deals then other competitors. However i just recently when in to purchase a pair of nude pumps. Unfortunately my size was the one on display. I noticed the had a little bit of stains and a hole from the security tag. I asked for a discount since i refuse to pay full price for a pair of shoes that are a little dirty and have a hole in them. The cashier was really nice (jason) However the ridiculous ASSISTANT MANAGER Suany Comas was a moron. She offered me a dollar off the shoes. When i told her i wanted to speak to the manager not the assistant she told me the two managers of the store were not present because they were in TRAINING. Unbelievable. She then told me i could either take the shoes for a dollar off or not, i told her she can keep her dirty shoes and i will be taking the rest of my purchase. The whole thing is retarded who offers a dollar off a dirty shoe. Just to purchase a shoe cleaner is around 6 bucks. I mean i the whole thing was a joke, and then her unprofessional a$$ decided to call me MI CORAZON (my love). I then asked her for her name as well as the manager. I had to ask because she wasn't even wearing her name tag. i dont know if ill return any time soon. the whole experience left me second...

REALLY NEEDS A CHANGING ROOM!!!!! I like this store really nice things at a very low price... But it's a HASSLE to shop here! You go crazy looking at all these cheap nice clothes and go crazy shopping then you get home try them on and nothing fits or looks the way you want it too. So then you have to drive all the way back to exchange everything and do the whole shopping hassle again in hopes that the ones you chose fits you right. A Hassle!!!!! Everytime I go all the girls say the same thing! So i barely go to this store. This must be the only weman clothing store without a changing room! This store would be a 5 star store if it had changing rooms! Believe me its that important for weman! I am very picky so I rather go to the mall where I know I will be able to leave the store satisfied with my outfit knowing how it will look on me without having to go back to exchange something. Now I know all the ladys are with me on this one! So maybe we should all agree so that they my improve this store by putting changing rooms instead of getting extra space...

I had a bad experience here. I bought some clothes and wasn’t able to try them on at the store because of the whole pandemic, Which I understand. What I don’t like is that Leidy the cashier didn’t tell me that an item I bought was final sale. She only told me that it would be possible for me to return the items within 30 days. & me being unsure because of the whole pandemic thing I specifically asked about 4x if it’s really going to be possible to return them. I am so disappointed that nothing could be done on my behalf since I am the one being affected. The manager just said oh she may have forgot and honey that’s not good enough. You’re dealing with ppls money. So unprofessional. Point Is cashier Leidy didn’t communicate that items were final sale and now I’ve wasted money.
