I went today like i always do to get a smoothie and the lady started off with very annoyed attitude towards me, on top of that when she was done making the 2 smoothies i ordered she had messed up the sizes. This is not the first time this happens, the first time she got my acai order wrong adding something i specifically told her not to add. I told her it was wrong and she completely denied it being her mistake, instead, told me i was wrong instead of doing something about it but i let it slide anyway. This time she had the audacity to start arguing with me in the shop telling me how i was wrong and that i had to pay extra to get the size i wanted. This was so far the most horrible experience i have had with customer service, and not because she messed up my order more than once but because of the way she was raising her voice telling me i was wrong and her attitude from the start. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience at this location. This is not the first time that something like this happens. The first time was with an online order; it was completely wrong. I decided to try this location again today and our smoothies tasted nothing like the drink is supposed to taste. The girls working the counter were not paying attention to what they were supposed to be doing, they were laughing and joking around the whole time while making them, and didn’t seem to measure anything. I honestly don’t know what happened with the mix or the blender, but they kept adding water to my smoothies. One of the girls was kind enough to remake my smoothies and they tasted worst. After the second attempt I decided to go to the Miami Lakes location to get what I wanted, and they got it right.
