Subway — Restaurant in Hialeah

I went in there about 10 mins ago and ordered a Sweet chicken Teriyaki foot long on white bread. After the employee scooped up 2 scoops of frozen cut chicken she tried spreading it across the bread. After spreading the frozen chicken she then slapped 4 cut slices of provolone cheese then puts the half made sandwich in the oven for 20 seconds. Long story short after taking the first bite the chicken was still cold as hell on the inside and it very disgusting. So in the trash it went. I wished i had ordered to eat in so i could've told that employee how i felt. Just a waste of my money. I wished I could give this place a negative star....

Horrible service at the West Hialeah store at 49th Street and 7th Avenue. The lady on the phone, didn't acknowledge us, finally made the sandwiches in a hurry and I told her I wanted 2 more to go and she told me she would do them later. She got back on the phone. When I finished eating I told her I was ready to order and she still told me to wait because she was on the phone and couldn't make it for me. Never have I seen someone treat the paying customer this way. Extremely horrible service and lack of education. With a Subway in every corner, I will never come back to 775 West 49th Street Subway with this...

The owner needs to train his employers in how to make the chipotle rap and probably all other sub to. I always have problem to order. The way is made the rap have standards in what the ingredients needed to make it and in the store no one know how to make it. This is the picture with the ingredients. They really need to learn more. And the customer service super negative they got frustrated wend you ask to make the way it is.. I not recommended this...
