First I want to start out and say, I appreciate the business as this isn't my first time coming here. The girl that I usually go to was booked so I decided to come back here because I needed a trim bad however my experience was HORRIFIC.... When I walked in no one greeted me.. my hairstylist was talking at the desk with another women and ignored me while inwas standing there making eye contact with her.... she proceed to look straight through me as if I was transparent?! I thought well they must be busy.. I'm a busy mom and looked forward to this appointment to pamper myself a bit...I showed her a photo of what I wanted.. now I am aware of expectations and reality which is and will be different .... I wanted an A Line bob. What I received was NOTHING like the photo! The hairstylist did not give me a Line bob but a straight cut all around my head.. ONE LENGTH.. she gave me no A Line cut...She than proceeded to cut my front ends super short choppy and uneven on each ends all around! I was petrified but seeing how young this hairstylist was I didn't want to ruin her Saturday or start to yell because I was MORTIFIED...She than admitted to me at THE VERY END of the appointment that cutting a BOB was a challenge for her and what she struggled the most! WHY DID YOU NOT SPEAK UP BRFORD TOUCHING MY HAIR?! I felt that she was more ready to go home than to cut my hair so she was NOT PAYING ATTENTION!! Besides ALL this mess... I had to direct her on how to at least FIX my hair.. she apologize tremendously but the HORROR was already done! I will never come back!!
A FEED BACK that this salon needs to improve on is to teach their hairstylist to admit that they can't cut a specific haircut before touching their clients hair. I went in giving thr benefit of the doubt, TRYING to give her a chance looking how young and inexperience she was. I still walked out payed and gave her a small tip but LORD! IF YOU can't cut the hair per the client's request SPEAK UP AND DONT PRETEND THAT YOU...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI typically never write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience for potential new clients. I was searching for a salon in the area that I could visit regularly, as I spend a significant amount of time in the area, making it very convenient for me. Let me start by saying that my experience began positively. I called the salon to inquire about walk-in appointments, and the young lady who answered the phone informed me that they do accept walk-ins, but they were fully booked for the day. No problem, I thought, and ended the call to continue my search for another salon with availability. A few minutes later, the salon called me back to let me know they had an opening and could fit me in if I came straight over. I thought great! I was impressed that they took the initiative to call me back and went out of their way to accommodate me, especially since I only wanted a simple trim & shampoo. Upon my arrival, I was checked in and taken straight back to the salon chair. I understand this was a last-minute decision, but the stylist who cut my hair completely butchered it. What was supposed to be a simple dry trim now requires another trip to a professional salon to fix it. I look like I let a three-year-old play with scissors in my hairālike one of those kids who decides to give themselves a bang trim! Haha! That is exactly what I ended up with. It will require at least a 3 to 4-inch cut to even it out, as it is currently choppy and uneven. The stylist who cut my hair was very nice, but she was clearly inexperienced, and this was evident in the results. I am giving one star because zero isnāt an option. I do not recommend this salon if you care...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām making this review on the behalf of my mother because she isnāt tech savvy. NOW since I clarify thatā¦. I DO NOT!!!! Recommend this place! My mother hair was dark brown and was expecting to get it a lighter brown and a good amount of highlights put all thru her hair. Which the lady my mother had gotten to do her hair here accomplished but then after the hard work and time they put into it she then proceeded to treat the hair with some sort of toner saying it will make it less harsh and more easy looking. So my mother allowed her to do so thinking she knew what she was talking about since my mother thought she was the professional here. At this point if going here wasnāt the first mistake, the thought of her being the professional was! The lady managed to cover the grey roots and cut the dead ends off and made the hair more light brown than before but when my mother walked out of there she was almost in tears because she thought she couldnāt say or do anything because she said yes to allow her to put the stuff on her hair not knowing what it actually was going to do to it and was going by what the lady suggested. They worked from 12-6 on her hair and basically did what a box of hair dye and a cheap trim at a sport clips can do. In the first pic you can see my mothers roots and dead ends and it was a very darkish faded brown, and the second pic is her excited because she see the highlights she thought she was getting, and then third is her trying her best to be positive about how it ended up looking. Like I said the brown color was on spot but the highlights was basically nonexistent and she paid for cut, highlights, color....
