UPDATE: Papa John's called the next day to apologize for the night before and to offer us our next meal free. I called back a few nights later to order our food and spoke to Jada who was extremely nice. Thank you Papa John's for making things right!
If I could give negative stars I would. Our experience tonight with this Papa John's has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I ordered our pizza & cookie online, got the confirmation email. An hour passed, still no pizza. We call, the lady said our pizza was confirmed delivered. Told her we have no pizza. She proceeded to insinuate that we were lying with her hard proof that "the driver even recieved a $5 tip" before realizing the $5 tip was left by us when the order was placed. Got placed on hold multiple times for more than 10 minutes at a time. She came back she said that the driver indeed delivered the pizza to us on his way home and he was now "off the clock" Yet we still have no pizza to show for it. She offered us a refund that we will receive in 5-7 business days and we could pay for and order another pizza. We opted out of this and ordered our food elsewhere. I am 100% disappointed in this facility. Horrendous customer service! Now we will wait and see if the refund...
Read moreYou know, I had almost given up on Papa John's when I gave this store a try near a house I just moved into. As you may know Papa John's had across the board gotten skimpy with cheese and sauce and are today nothing like they were 25yrs ago, and their bottom line shows that people aren't happy with it. They will blame it on everything but their own product. This store however got it right! Grant it, we did order extra cheese to avoid being skimped on. But it was like going back in time to when papa John was the #1 pizza place. However, there is still room for improvement. The customer interaction is poor, as are most places today. When I picked it up the window opened, not a word was spoken. When the silence became a awkward I stated my name and the gal closed the window. She re immerged with the pizza price and took my card and disappeared untill the pizza was handed to me at which time to my shock, she wished us a good night. But she missed so many opportunities to make it a great experience. That's why chick filet is packed until closing time, it's the service. We can get nasty chicken fingers anywhere but people still want to be treated right and will go where they are...
Read moreI ordered a pizza to be delivered to the Oncology center where I receive chemotherapy. After confirming the address would display the correct location (and entrance) I left detailed drop off instructions in the appropriate box.
After payment was processed online and the screen loaded the Papa Tracker I was informed that my order was now being delivered by DoorDash with no option to change or cancel. I was given the driver's (Fanny) phone number and I texted them the info in the delivery instructions; that I was at the Oncology Center receiving chemo and one of the staff would collect the order and bring it to me. Fanny did not respond. Fanny delivered my order to a building a ¼ mile down the road and I only discovered their mistake when the staff there called me directly. Fanny did not respond to my texts informing them of their mistake and I only received my pizza because one of the nurses here at my Oncologist's office took the time out of their busy day to collect the order as I had an IV in me and could not physically move.
