Simon Jewelers — Attraction in High Point

☹️I went back to change my review to one star. The owner had called and reached out and had said they wanted to make this right. That they would honor my aunts referral. Neither she or I have heard one single word. Disappointed that every time we have come in we feel rattled by the time we leave. We brought our rings in to be serviced, cleaned and polished. We were told ( by Jean) that we did not need an appointment. They barely even cleaned them. My diamond still has deposits on it. They did not polish husbands band. ( told you have to make an appointment for that) We live in Cleveland, NC and wasted a whole day to go over there. Also, asked about cost of some other jewelry and the clerk took forever to show us a few things. Last trip to Simons. In addition to all this my aunt recommended this place to us and never got her gift certificate for a referral. That was almost 4 years ago. We walked in to a Jewlery store in Salisbury and they cleaned, polished, and checked the stones. Imagine this- we didn’t have an appointment.

I had a wonderful experience today at Simon's. I took my wedding band made from my mother and father's wedding bands, along with my wedding ring made with my grandmother's 25th anniversary diamond given to her from my favorite person ever, my dear sweet papa. That being said, I knew I had to take them somewhere I could trust and feel good about leaving my rings. My daughter had the pleasure of working there for years. The staff was very quick to help and suggest ideas. The pleasure of meeting Jordan, the jeweler, was truly just that; a pleasure. He is the real jewel of the store. Extremely nice, helpful, great personality, and a joy to do business with him. Everyone there is very attentive and knowledgeable. I left there feeling better than I did before going into the lovely store. Thank you, Jordan, for my lovely experience today. Simon Jewelers in High Point is top notch! Gary and Phil really took the time to meet with my husband and I to upgrade/update my engagement ring as an anniversary/Christmas gift. Their customer service, selection, and craftsmanship were all great! (Kudos to the jeweler who put the ring together, I can see the quality and hard work that was put into it!) I am a designer at heart, so I really appreciated the consultation where we could sit down and cover different options for a custom design. Gary was very thorough and creative. In the end, we were able to keep the sentimental value of my ring while adding the exact “radiant” shape diamond I loved! They went above and beyond, including ordering in various diamonds in that shape for us to choose from and providing quick turnaround times.
