BEWARE OF PSYCHO MANAGER āKARENā Recently went into the store looking for a dish towel for a gift. I was directed to a tiny display in the middle of the store. There was only one other customer who happened to be in the front of the store. I raised my mask slightly to breathe and an unhappy old hag with permanent frown lines (which I found out was the manager, Monica) rushed over and told me I had to wear a mask in the store. I told her, āyes, thatās why Iām wearing one!ā She then said it had to be completely down covering my entire face and I couldnāt lift it to breathe. By this point I had been in the store for about two minutes. I told her I was leaving anyway because I was only looking for dish towels and they only had maybe 5 in the store. She continued repeating over and over ā like some creepy robotā that I had to put it entirely over my face and couldnāt lift it to breathe. I explained there wasnāt anyone around and I had it on my face. She followed me everywhere I went and probably told me ten times about the mask in the 4 minutes I was in there. What a horrible experience. This is how they treat their customers!?! Iāll never enter their dumpy little store again. No wonder why no one is ever in their store! I remember the days when Hallmark was a nice little store. So...

I didn't expect the overly friendly service I received as I wasn't buying in store, I thought I'd be made to wait and rushed out. Instead I was instantly given a friendly greeting and asked how I could be helped, after answering I waited less than a minute to have my packages given to me despite them being in the back room. The employee who helped was so friendly and caring, talking to her really made my day. I even ended up showing her pictures of some of the costumes I designed and made for Halloween, the conversation was going so well. :D The whole store was clean and beautifully organized and decorated! If I had more money and time I would've easily spent an hour looking at all the beautiful unique gifts they had. But though I didn't I did leave extremely happy with my Rainbow Brite DVD and ornament that I'm excited to share with my daughter! Thank you so much for being so friendly and helpful! I can't wait to visit this store again!...

It's 2025 and I continuously run into Hallmark employees at various locations that look at me like a deer in headlights when I ask them to scan my member card from my hallmark app. The app has been up and running for quite a while and it's flabergasting that employees don't understand how to use it. They just stare at me and ask for my phone number. All you have to do is scan the member card from the app and voila...the whole account appears before your very eyes. Anyway...a girl can...
