I decided to completely remodel my home. Both of the contractors I interviewed recommended CFM. One recommended that I work with Rebecca. On my first appointment, I came prepared with a list of the things I needed to select. Rebecca was uncanny about figuring out what I liked and disliked and quickly brought me samples that met my criteria. I never had to paw through the hundreds of options because she learned what I liked and made it very easy for me. I thought I'd be there half a day and would have to go back countless times. I was out of there in about an hour! Follow-up communication, samples, and ordering were all seamless. Another day, I had to pick out something and told her I'd be in later in the day. I got there during her lunch hour. She thought ahead and had all of my options laid out and waiting for me in the event I arrived when she was at lunch!
