Hillside Public Library — Attraction in Hillside

Went on 5/2/23 at 2:00pm. Wonderful space, great resource for young people and adults. Could use an area for people to talk amongst one another and convene. Had an odd experience with the librarian at the circulation desk. Asked a question and she was immediately irritated, unsure why her response was this way but it made me feel unwelcome. Wonderfully inviting children's section and staff. We visited this library as a part of a homeschool group and the librarian, Ms. Stephanie is very welcoming and accommodating. Ms. Stephanie organized a story time as well as a scavenger hunt so that the children could become more familiar with the library.
