Pooja Grocers has been a staple in the Indian grocery scene for over a decade, and I have been a loyal customer since their previous location. Now, in their new and much larger location, they have an even greater selection of Indian groceries, including fresh produce and freshly imported Indian sweets. The store also carries a variety of Hindu Pooja items for those in need. One of my favorite things about Pooja Grocers is their $1 samosas. They are as authentic as it gets, and a must-try for anyone looking for a delicious snack. The store truly offers a wide range of Indian groceries that can be hard to find elsewhere in the Twin Cities. About a year ago, I had an issue with a product I had purchased from Pooja Grocers. It had fungus in it, which was obviously unacceptable. However, when I called to inform them about it, they promptly refunded my money without any hesitation. This is something that sets them apart from other Indian grocery stores. Moreover, the owner has always been customer-centric and friendly, making shopping at Pooja Grocers a pleasant experience. In conclusion, Pooja Grocers is one of the best Indian grocery stores in the Twin Cities. The wide variety of products, including fresh produce, imported sweets, and Hindu Pooja items, sets them apart. Their $1 samosas are a must-try, and their customer service is exceptional. Overall, I would rate Pooja Grocers five stars for their excellent selection and customer-centric approach.

It's good, has variety but many things r more costly than other Indian grocery store, especially festive collection of goods. Recently they have hiked up their prices & also started removing price labels from many products which causes you to spend more than usual. Update- So this is Pooja grocers where I go to get my groceries from Maple grove with a belief that they provide fresh produce & quality products. But this was disappointing. I made my purchase on 21st Aug 22 & all the okra went bad by 22nd. Got some products that were sold past their expiry date. Never expected this from Pooja grocers.

Nice grocery store for Indian needs in twin cities area. They carry most Indian veggies and a wide selection of frozen items. I usually take my mom in Tuesdays when they get fresh stock of vegetables. For vegetarians in general it’s a great place to shop as there is loads of food options. The staff may not be as friendly or cooperative, unfortunately that is something you just have to deal with as there aren’t that many good stores close to this area that carry what’s needed.

Pooja Grocers is a solid store with a great selection of Indian products. You’ll find a variety of items here, from spices and snacks to frozen foods and fresh produce, making it a convenient stop for anyone looking for specialty Indian groceries. The selection is definitely the highlight of the store, and it’s clear they put effort into stocking a wide range of products.

That being said, there’s room for improvement. The employees, while present, didn’t seem particularly attentive or proactive in assisting customers. A simple “Did you find everything you needed?” or offering help would go a long way in improving the shopping experience. The labeling in some sections felt a bit disorganized, which can make finding items a little tricky. Also, the fresh vegetables, while good in quality, are on the expensive side compared to other stores.

The parking area could also use some attention. It feels quite tight, and navigating it during busy hours can be frustrating. The cart storage space is similarly cramped and doesn’t make for a great first impression when you walk in. These small but impactful details could be addressed to make the store more inviting.

Despite these drawbacks, I think this store is worth visiting for the selection alone. With a bit more focus on customer service, organization, and parking management, it could easily go from good to great. Overall, I’d recommend it, but there’s definitely potential to make it an even better...

This is kind of good grocer compare to other Indian grocers within twin-cities; but beware of expiry date, i would highly recommend everyone to check the mfg. date as well as expiry date of almost everything you buy. sometimes in hurry we just pickup some daily needs and forgets to check these details.

It has happened twice with me that i never checked the date for Aashirwad Aatta and Chings Fried Rice Masala, and when came back home found after couple of days that it was already expired, and no receipt means i cannot fight legally. Also there are many such items which are near to expiry date and you feel like you may not be able finish it in next few weeks and end up with disappointment. Why cant they simply keep always fresh material??? it will help everyone.

My kind request to the shop-owner to please keep up to date & fresh grocery items and not the expired items. You are in serious business man, don't play with...
