I eat Taco Bell more thanI care admit. It's comfort food for me. Drive thru or GrubHub+ most of the time and that means this location until nightly close, after that it's Stinson by the Quarry. Every location is a smidge different... sadly this location's unique thing is skimping however and whatever like on the regular. Sad too, because they are also unique in their quality being above most in the area. But man, literally the Double Stacked are half the size of the Stinson location and I would LOVE if I got the onions that I selected be included, or the Fire Sauce (at one point the drive thru limited sauce to barely and CHARGED for more). Now they were tasty, not as tasty as they woulda been with some delicious onion flavor. I don't recall the last time I got onions on things I ordered from here. No biggie, they are a free add on for any taco bell. I haven't eaten the Cheesy Bean & Rice (add Extra Rice add ONIONS) Burritos I got for late night munchies, but that was 36¢ x 3 burros, I didn't spend a buck and change for not an extra shot of rice, I'll be stunned if there's onions tho. the receipt on the bag says I ordered what I ordered. Besides, unless I'm hosting a dinner of Taco Bell which is not a thing, my GrubHub+ order is placed by reordering the same order wash rinse repeat. 3 Double Stacked +ONIONS and 3 Cheezy Bean n Rice burros +say it with me now O-N-I-O-N-S ONIONS +Extra Rice and fifteen (15) FiRE SAUCES per my right as a GrubHubbin' Murican something something like why ya'll sheisy with the sauce, shizzz's FIRE and named accordingly. I would assume the cost to the location is $0.00 for however many 10s of thousands they get with each weeks stock. The locations from sea to shining sea sans the C.H. spot would not be givin it away (green packets do cost, but they are not that good anyway) by the 15 pack on Grub Hub+ and let ya fill your pockets if you got in to pick up. (even if ya run in, buy nothing and grab a handful for your BurgerKing Bacon Double CB at loation that does it right down this Blvd known a Stinson. I was told by whoever answers phones there some time ago its GrubHub's job to grab the sauce. If the store I'm reviewing is a , except the driver is handed a bag with stickers sealing it including the receipt listing the sauces in the list of things INSIDE. Nah, ya'll just have a thing for sauce, or ya SELLIN' it to folks wanting more than think it was a packet per item or 10 or 25 cents for more. SCAMMMMMM Yum! holding, ya'll need to go in there n do some Yum! Training Protocals n maybe find out who makin' money that you know they ain't ringin' up cuz there's not a button for free items at least not one saying money goes into that till. It's why I am sure this is a franchise joint.... whoever owns it shelled out a milli easily and I'd bet closer to Yum! projected high side for locations with volume like inner ring burbs on busy roads, just shy of 3.5 milli But say two mil, prob in that ballpark seeing as it's Heights, not high value land... how you got it that you can catch a loan for 2 mil, or even 1 mil, yet you gotta pocket a quarter everytime a customer wants sauce on the whole taco? Like I like to have at least two packets per item 4-5 for CrunchWraps. And you saving much by refusing this dude his right to choose SOME ONIONS
Like really Taco Bell #002365. Do better. there's reason your 2nd , common rating os one star. your good got a three on taste. if ya filled the whole shell, i'd give 5 easy. he other tow wou'd be point 0.5 if doanble so my rating is a generous...
Read moreI didn't go in drive through. I ordered number two ,a cheese wrap and beans. $14.?? around 645 pm . I asked for medium sauce and a stary for the drink. Service was okay food came quickly in a smaller bag than expected . It was kind of mashed together . Tacos in the bottom , cheese wrap, sauce, beans pushed down on top,no napkin ,no straw. I live in Grand Central Flats on 47th and went straight home and went inside to eat. I took everything out of bag. The first thing I notice is wet paper on tacos. Saturated to the point the wet paper is dissolving the tortillas and there glued to the paper . Trying to peel most of the taco tortilla off thep aper is tedious and not very successful I get about 1 1/2 od the three. I'm really curious untrained tomato or what . Maybe the foam bean container crammed on top of everything in the smallest bag they have insulated the warm tacos from steam and the paper couldn't breath. I can't begin to guess or maybe tomato not drained. I also notice how the meat is different position on all three not spread but kind of slapped on one end or other on the three . It must be new guy night. Smaller amounts on the softshells than usual or it may be that while trying to peel the tortillas glued to wet soaked paper falling apart made them look worse. All I know . I'm a long time customer. But they crashed and burned tonight. Honestly I had dozens of 5 dollar boxes that the quality was better, the food not mashed together in a bag only big enough for 2 items that I question me returning. Would love to hear from you taco bell. David . It's 815 I'm calling the store. I'm wondering if they will replace tacos. Will update in review.. After talking with a lady I was told they would replace it with a combo meal. I didn't get a sorry your order was like it was or why. I hope .my replacement is better. My dog ate the mush she enjoyed it no sauce on it . But I'm sure this is a accidental rush. I believe it to be bad packaging mashing everything together in a bag not allowing heat and steam from hot food to escape getting wet food quickly saturating paper turning flower tortillas into...
Read moreThe only good thing about this place is Mason ( Samantha ).
My mom and I stopped here after running some errands and we we're very disappointed. When we got to the speaker to place our order, a nice voice greeted us. Then as we were discussing what we wanted, a forceful and rude voice asked us what we wanted. (We'd only been discussing about 10 seconds at this point.) Then the nice voice came back and took most of our order.
We paused for a moment because I wanted to add a break burrito- extra cheese, no red sauce. The rude voice came back again to ask if that completed our order.
When we finally got you the window, Mason greeted us with a smile and was seriously apologetic about the rude voice that kept breaking in and yelling at us. We found out that the rude, forceful and pushy voice was the manager on duty at that time. Wed, Nov 10 around 5 pm.
Mason told us that he was new and that they only had 3 people working the entire store. I understood a LITTLE bit of the stress on the shoulders of the manager. I've been in the same spot before, but I've never been rude like that to a customer.
Worst part, they forgot to make my bean burrito, so we had to drive through a second time. The manager handed me a burrito. Turned out to be ALL beans. No cheese or onions. This was fine one purpose.
So, poor management and purposefully making a good idea wrong. We WON'T go back here EVER!!!
MASON, keep your head up. You have amazing customer service skills and were the best part...
