I can't say enough good things about my experience with Thomas Hill Jewelers! They treat you as if you are family. I went in to 'learn' about diamonds and was immediately greeted by RJ; I told her my story; what I was looking for and why I wanted to purchase an engagement ring for my wife, Faith (I'm writing this review using her Google account). After finding my budget, she showed me a beautiful ring! I asked about "Lab Grown" diamonds and she went and got Crissy (the owner) who proceeded to literally TEACH me about diamonds! She actually cared about ME!!! Crissy and RJ made me feel so comfortable and guided me into making a decision that I am so happy I made! Oh and I can't forget to mention that Thomas (the owner and jeweler) took the extra time to have the ring ready in only one day (because of my schedule). Long story short, I picked the ring up the next morning (along with the flowers Crissy bought for me to give my wife!) and presented it to my wife....she couldn't believe her eyes! After 38 years of marriage, she finally got a REAL diamond ring!! The ring is stunningly beautiful and I am so, so happy I chose Thomas Hill Jewelers. When you enter Thomas Hill Jewelers, you are greeted by smiles and a caring greeting! Tom and Chrissy Hill, are very experienced and knowledgeable gemologist. Their sales associates are Jay and Marsha are also very well informed and take their time to deliver the best service possible! There’s nothing they do not do for their customer, I’ve always been impressed with the way they deliver service, From getting you a drink of your choice or with us wrapping up your gifts to be delivered or to be picked up, they always make the element of surprise very special for the one that you’re buying for! My wife and I stopped by to see if they could fix a couple of pieces of jewelry for us. First, the customer service is excellent. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. Second, our jewelry came back better than it was dropped off. The pieces are prefect and more beautiful than expected. Looking at some of the pieces on display, I was impressed with the prices.
