Mr. Phillips Seafood Hinesville — Restaurant in Hinesville

I've been wanting to do this for a long time. I have lived in Hinesville Georgia for 20 years. It never fails every time I order something from this Phillips seafood, customer service is horrible! There's this one guy I think he could be the owner very rude and very just customer service is he's just he need to go sit down somewhere! I am so disappointed with them you can call them they close at whatever time they close they close 30 minutes plus, before the store closes. I started calling them at 7:15 today it is a Wednesday, they did not pick up the phone and (they do it on purpose). When you order a catfish that's the only thing I like their. For big catfish that give you two tartar sauces even when you asked for more they still may give you one more it's just ridiculous that you guys want to up your prices because you added on to your building I don't know what for because I don't even believe you guys are going to be in business for long it's ridiculous people are talking about you guys and you give two squirts about what people have to say. I have ordered some gumbo from there I took one spoon full and spit it out it was so salty! I thought I was going to have to have an amputation it's ridiculous! Very stingy I don't know what to say about this place here if y'all going to be up for business you should consider seeing about child's customers you guys want money but you don't want to do what it takes to get money like keeping your store open the to the time that you're supposed to close! Ordered two red snapper meals for 10.99. I was charged an extra 6+ bucks, when inquired about price difference, owner attempted to show the higher price on the menu in the lobby, but couldnt, so he got a menu from behind the counter and showed a more expensive price for snapper and apologized that the menu he had out front to order from hadn't been updated. Well, its not my fault either. I ordered my meals based on the price on the menu provided, you do not get to change the price without telling me. First and LAST visit. Veterans stay away, bad business. Food seems decent, but customer service, honor, and loyalty are lacking.

Edit: I still didn't receive a receipt cause he knew he was wrong. Not to mention that the fries and hushpuppies tasted baked and are DRY! The wait was a bit long but they are cooking from fresh food and the flavor omg and the smells it was torture waiting for the food only because it smells so good inside the deep fried oysters are my favorite so far the flavor was so good that I didn't want to use a sauce with them perfectly salted and a hint of citrus taste the okra was a little burnt but surprisingly still very tasty and onion rings are good ma ordered large spicy low country boil for the most part really good every now and then I got a bite 2 spicy they were running low on some of there stock due to the owner having a family crisis but there employees were so wonderful about it they are doing what they can just to keep the place running I plan to go again next month soooo yummy and if I ever plan to host a party I think I might have to...
