Freedom Fun USA — Attraction in Hobart Township

I had such a great experience. I called the day of my event to see if it was possible to book an inflatable for my son’s birthday party. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be a nice day or not (party in November) and that’s why I didn’t book earlier. It ended up being a beautiful day so I took a chance to see if they would be able to come out. Luke got back to immediately. He made it happen for my event. Also, for some reason, the payment link wasn’t working for my phone. Luke was patient with me and reassured me that the first step would be to have a fun event for my son and we’d figure out the payment link later. I thought that was fantastic customer service as I was running around before the party and didn’t want to miss out on not having the inflatable just because I couldn’t get the payment link to work. After the party, he sat with me to help me do the payment. Everything was awesome. He was on time, so helpful, the inflatable was super clean, and my son had a blast. What an amazingly fun time we had! Our particular party ended up on a bit of a chilly day, but it didn't stop us from having a great time. The vendor was on time, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we would need for an amazing time. We also had the cotton candy machine, super easy to use, and it created a great treat for the kiddos. I am the youth pastor of a small youth group. We want to have some special activities for our spring Lock in. Freedom Fun USA really delivered a great experience for my kids.
