I'm super disappointed in my couples massage. I should have said something to either the massage therapist or maybe the front desk lady? I admit I didn't know how to handle the situation but I really hope the owner reaches out to me to try and correct my experience because the spa, staff and atmosphere seemed so perfect. It's why I didn't initially want to complain, because everyone was SO NICE AND SWEET BUT UGH it was hands down the worst massage I've had... And I've had students massage me before. She did the same, literally same, two motions the entire massage. And with the pressure of a gorilla. After two times telling her to lessen her pressure, I just didn't say anything else the rest of the massage and suffered in silence until she suddenly went totally dead fish on me and then lack of pressure became an issue. I asked for focal points on my upper and lower back, hands/forearms and feet on the form (which I brought up halfway once I realised she didn't even look at the paper). For a 90minute massage. She barely touched anything other than my back and neck and I've never EVER been in so much pain from over massaging an area before. Even if I didn't say anything and didn't bring up my focal points, she didn't even do a full body massage and completely ignored my thighs and glutes after pummeling my calves?? Like dang... The only pleasant part of the massage was when she used forearm work on me entire back but that was maybe 15 minutes of the massage? And the complimentary aromatherapy + hot towels were lovely but that's because she wasn't touching me. When I looked up to see how my partners massage was going, he seemed completely THRILLED with the 110lbs lil thing absolutely going all out on his 350+ body and was beyond satisfied by her skills and technique that mine seemed to lack. I was so bored and confused. I can't say I recommend this spa, the inconsistency in therapists here really put me off. And after paying 285 for such a lackluster experience. Just don't go here unless you have a specific therapist in mind that you KNOW will do a good job. Can I get a massage with the other...
Read moreThis review is a direct reflection of the owner and in no way reflects the amazing staff of this spa. I have been a client for at least a couple of years and have been in the salon every couple of weeks at a minimum and, in that time, I have seen the owner only a handful of times. Today she was there and making her presence known in a very disappointing way. She was rude, condescending, barking orders, rolling her eyes, making passive aggressive comments, and acting “better than” the entire staff. It was so unprofessional and made me so sad for her team.
To the owner, please remember how hard your team works for you and contributes to your comfortable lifestyle. Your staff works long hours, navigates difficult customers, and spends their days making other people feel good with a smile on their face and for very little pay. They will work ten times harder for you if you approach them with respect and kindness, which should be the basis of all human interactions regardless of employment status. They are cheerful and kind and deserve the same from you in return. Please don’t take them for granted, they’re contributing greatly to the success of your business.
To Jill and the front desk staff, you’re incredible (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). Thank you for all you do and for always ensuring a positive experience along with incredible service. Jill is so sweet, such a good person, and a master...

The staff were friendly.
We ordered the Spa and Dine.
Very well organized.
They start with a questioner that you fill out in the “Relaxation Room.” A room that has water, coffee, snacks and a fire place. You sit comfortably in your robe and wait to be escorted back.
To begin the spa service you settle in the private Jacuzzi for 20 minutes. Sipping on refreshing water. When time is up you get out, dry off, and lay down under the covers, positioned for the message therapists to begin. After a few minutes (so your not rushed) they will come in and begin.
The therapists ask which aromatherapy scent you prefer and then they begin. Using your questioner you filled out in the Relaxation room, they apply the right amount of pressure to the specific points you directed. The 90 minutes message ends with hot neck, face, and foot wraps. You are allowed time to get up and ready for dinner.
Already scheduled a follow up visit for myself and husband.
I’ve decided during my stay here in SLC I will be continuing at least twice a month for a 60 minute. There are so many spots in my that need to be reconditioned and as a nurse this is a perfect way to fix those...
