Every time you walk in there their line is so long it seems like every time their unfriendly employees Wait on a person they go and take a break. I was trying to buy an item that was in the glass case and had to wait 30 minutes to even be greeted and also witnessed numerous other customers come in and go thru the same ordeal. One would think that they would like to get their customers in and out. The employees are always rude and need to understand they are in the customer service business. If you don't like dealing with people all day long then maybe one should think about getting a different job. On a side note, one would think they would have an employee who attends to the customers that are actually waiting to spend money rather then having them wait in line. A simple, hello, I will be right with you, and how are you today, sorry about the wait, but will be with you shortly. I was next in line and I walk up to the counter after 45 mins of waiting to simply know the price of an item (it would be nice to have your items price labeled on the merchandise) and the woman looked right at me, didnt say hello, or anything just walked away to the back for 10 mins and then came out chewing her food. By this time, the line was to the door. After that, I decided to just leave and go across the street to a competitor and make a purchase there which was very pleasant, helpful, and there was a small line; however, someone came and greeted me and said a staff member will be with me momentarily. My experience was horrible, it's not the store itself but the unhappy employees that work there and poor sales practices. Each employee needs a crash course in customer service and dealing with the public in general. I felt as if I were on there time schedule and very dissatisfied. I do not recommend ever going here, any time you can find here can be found in other stores and in better condition and a lot better service.

The staff here has not been able to get my pistol released back to me and now simply hangs up on me when I call to see if I can pick it up yet. I'm on hold with corporate as I write this review (for 18 minutes, so far). It is clear they do not care about their customers and cater to thieves and desperate addicts to lowball offers and take advantage of their desperation.
