Great customer service experience with Tim. Was hesitant to return after last experience many months ago due to disorganized mess and lack of assistance. This visit was a total turnaround, it was very clean, very organized and Tim was very knowledgeable. They even had donuts and coffee which was a nice treat. We weren’t sure exactly what part we were looking for but due to Tim’s patience an assistance together we were able to figure it out and purchase the part we needed. We hope Tim remains there as we will surely revisit to patronize this facility in the future. And we will spread the word to our friends and family. Very happy...

I'm not sure if Jose Herrera is the owner of the place, but what a rude and dishonest man! Today he provided terrible service, with rudeness, and because we were in a hurry we tolerated it. In the afternoon we called him to tell him that the box he sold us was incomplete and he said that nothing was left there. No wonder he delivered it quickly and without checking... Now we realize that this morning we mentioned to him that the price was double that of the other location and he shut us up saying that it was like that in a horrible way... and we just went to another place to buy the same thing for half the price he gave us... It is a very expensive place and with very bad customer service from Jose Herrera, the man who served us. See the difference in price for the same product, more than double... Additionally, he gave us an incomplete box."

Mira yo no sé si Jose Herrera es el dueño del lugar, pero que hombre más grosero y deshonesto el día de hoy atendió horrible con grosería y porque íbamos de afán toleramos, en la tarde lo llamamos a decirle que la caja que nos vendió estaba incompleta y dijo que allá no quedó nada, con razón entrego rápido y sin revisar… ahora nos damos cuenta que está mañana le mencionamos que el valor estaba al doble de la otra sede y nos cayó la boca diciendo que eso era así de una forma horrible… y justamente arrimamos a otro lugar a comprar lo mismo por la mitad del precio que nos dio… es un lugar muy costoso y con muy mala actitud en servicio al cliente de parte de José herrera el hombre que nos atendió. Recently I contacted City Electric Supply for an electrical part, and the customer service experience was over the top! Dustin was helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assist. And when we visited the store, it was evident why clients gravitated to him for help; he was knowledgable, welcoming, and took time to answer questions and make recommendations.
