Batteries Plus Phone Repair — Attraction in Homewood

The guy that has helped me has been fantastic. The repair, however, has not been.

This is my second screen repair, and will absolutely be my last. When I picked up my iPad yesterday, the man helping me (not the one who repaired it) told me to play around with it to make sure it was okay. Immediately, I could tell the home button didn’t press right. It wasn’t flush with the screen and kept getting stuck. The casing around the iPad can be lifted up around the corners, and there’s air or something under the glass, so there’s a weird rectangle around the screen.

I have to take it back AGAIN next week.

It was done poorly, and considering it took one second to see there was a problem, the repair person clearly didn’t...

I didn't have any idea this is a authorized t mobile repair center but the guys there are so professional and knowledgeable my service technician helped me and answered all my questions and made me relaxed with leaving my phone with them and when I came back to retrieve my phone everything was perfect I think my service technician went over and above to help me and if by chance something were to happen to my device I won't be in panic mode cause I know I've got a place that can service my device in a timely manner and they have some great service technician who knows what...

My daughter dropped her phone and we really needed to get it fixed. I tried to go to Apple, but I was told there will be a 2 day wait. I called AT&T, and the sales associate told I would most likely have to upgrade. I remembered Batteries Plus fixed iPhones. I called and the salesman stated they could fix the phone. Once we arrived the salesman told us he would call us when he completed the repair. The salesman called me 15 minuets later telling me he was done. My daughter and I are two satisfied customers.
