Did you know this Beautiful "Shady" Green "Zen - like" Peace Garden existed? Being a Kamaʻāina and having gone through here many times, I had no idea this spot was located just across the street! When you first enter the Peace Garden, it has a Greenery Heaven like feel! Grass are lusciously green, well maintained and freshly cut. Just right above, has a long stretch pathway to walk with a few exercise equipments, if you wanted to put in a quick workout. Looking for a low key spot with a spacious area to have a nice picnic, let the Keiki run around, or have a self care moment of meditation, this is it! There are benches and tables scattered around, nice variety of spots to relax. It's definitely a low traffic park and we love it! A couple concerns... 1) The small parking lot consists of about 9 stalls but located on dirt with huge potholes... 2) There are absolutely no Restrooms. Not an ideal choice to spend more than an hour or so here. However... Lēʻahi Millennium Peace Garden is a perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle, have a nice intimate picnic, or just enjoy the lively tranquility feel of this Garden. You can bet, we'll sure be back!

The theme is peace, which is lovely, but the experience not so much. It is a small area, close to the road, and with chickens galore who would love for you to share your plate lunch with them regardless of the fact it includes… chicken.

Located is within a stones throw of Fort River Pathway and Diamond Head Hike. Nice quiet place to read a book. Also a good concrete path connects you to get a good run in if you’re enroute to Diamond Head Hike. Foot traffic is light. Nice historic boards to read to learn about the area as well. All of your shopping needs are within the minutes of this...
