Hopewell Riverwalk — Attraction in Hopewell

Visited there today 9-20 and although the wind was on the chilly side, standing in the sun was nice. Unexpectedly the first thing we saw was a wedding going on. Both the bride and the groom were obviously a very happy couple. It was nice to see something positive going on during these troubled times. he walk way is even, and there are benches to sit on. It was a nice waik andI got in some good exercise today. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to go out to walk and enjot the sweeping views...

Definitely the best park in Hopewell. The walk is surprisingly scenic, well-maintained and well-used. The surrounding area, including the beach, playground, and various paths, is creative and well-suited to meet Hopewell's needs. While it is really nice, I wish you were allowed to fish from it or at least make the sitting areas that are along it authprized fishing. The riverwalk is not so high traffix that the space can't be shared with those just on. Very short walk. I say very short walk bc the river walk is incredibly short.
