I purchased four flower arrangements for my son's wedding reception dinner that were delivered to the Boathouse Restaurant and when we arrived I was very disappointed to find that they were not at all what I had asked for. Each arrangement was $50, the most they should have cost was maybe $35. I spoke with Lisa, the owner, and after discussing the issue she told me she would send me a refund of $60. I thought that was very fair and thanked her. I never received the refund so I called and spoke with Lisa again and she said "after further investigation and review, she has decided a refund is NOT warranted". Of course I was NOT happy about this and asked why she didn't feel the need to call me and let me know that she had no intention of refunding me any money. She said "she decided not to and have a nice day". I shared with her the past business that I had done with her and she did not care in the least. Also, I paid for some of the flowers for the wedding party, one to include the bridal bouquet. My daughter-in-law was very disappointed with her bouquet. I mentioned that to her on the first phone call but didn't request any type of compensation for that issue. Read moreFirst time customer ordered Valentine flowers for my wife on the day of delivery. The driver showed up had broken the vase and locked his keys in the vehicle. It was around 1:30 PM. I got off work and I had to do not received message on my wife receiving her delivery around 3 PM so I called The studio to see what was going on and then the driver had just got back and the lady told me that they were going to redo the flower arrangement and send them right back out. At 4 PM an hour later, my wife had still not received the flowers so I called the studio again. Another lady answers and tells me that the driver is still nine minutes away. I had told the first lady at 3 PM that my wife was scheduled to get off work by 4:15 PM, the flowers were finally delivered at 4:20 PM. The arrangement of flowers I had selected the premium, so I expected it to be Somewhat of an extravagant arrangement of flowers from the special day for my wife the quality of the flowers looks really nice and they smell great with the size of the arrangement was disappointing. Read moreI do not leave bad reviews, but this incident warrants a notice to everyone. Ordered flowers on a Friday for the funeral visitation on Sunday night. Flowers were not delivered in the funeral home nor prior to the service on Monday morning. It was delivered in the cemetery on Monday!! Owner was very rude and will not give credit since she said it was delivered anyway. Paid in full via credit card in good faith, but did not deliver on the date/place that were agreed upon. No one from the family have seen the flowers. It was bad!! Owner (Lisa) asked "well what do you want me to do since the horse is already out of the barn?" What a customer service!!!!
